麺屋 志Menya Kokorozashi
1 stop from Tennoji Station! 1 min walk from Bishoen Station, Abeno-ku, Osaka. In front of Sumitomo Mitsui Bank. Kohoguchi Station. Fuminosato. For rich ramen, spicy-savory ramen, or soupless ramen, we're the place!! What we're proudest of, without question, is our rich, collagen-packed soup simmered slowly for over 12 hours with pork bones, chicken carcasses, domestic pork belly, and aromatic vegetables; it's pork-bone based, while our chicken-pork soup is a special salt-based soup heavy on chicken. Our 「極こってりらーめん」 in particular isn't made rich by sprinkling in back fat; instead we keep cooking the bones until it's simmered down to the equivalent of 3 bowls of our regular rich soup, making it the ultimate soup! We also have 「旨いらーめん…

This place is truly a hidden gem. Our lodging was quite close to here so we figured why not give it a try as a nightly ramen run? Very unassuming, only locals visit here so you know it's legit. They specialize in a variety of ramen as well as a hefty helping of garlic in each bowl -- they will ask you if you'd like garlic in your bowl when you order so make sure you say no if you're not a garlic fan. The ramen was so good I ordered two bowls even after eating every other side dish. Guaranteed your taste buds will be satisfied here. Also to the staffer that took our order, I said "sei-biiru" instead of "nama-biiru" so I apologize for that mistake!
View on GoogleGreat porkbone soup with deliciouse meet! Highly recomend it to have dinner at kokorozashi. Really nice staff who can explain the (picture)menu in English. They also have tantanmen ramen if you are looking for spicy. The 'vulcano' is their most spicy version and if you eat it all they will put your picture up the wall 🔥
View on GoogleBest ramen shop I've eaten in my whole Japan trip. My whole family loved the ramen and side dishes. Cheap price, lovely place, super nice service. Went back twice! Thank you from Indonesia!
View on GoogleA cozy place. Stumbled upon it at almost 12am midnight in the cold. Ramen is good although tad salty. Price is average.
