It is definitely curry tsukemen. It's not bad, but it feels strange and unsatisfying to call it shrimp tsukemen. The taste and finish of the noodles themselves are good, so it's a shame. The store's hygiene is standard, and the price is not expensive. In terms of service, the foreign staff member working alone was polite and friendly, but he forgot the soup spoon, so that's a minus. After all, the fact that the taste is curry and not shrimp is a big negative point. I give it a total rating of 2 stars, which is below standard.

A few days ago, I visited for lunch during a business trip. Ordered the limited lunch mazesoba! The price is reasonable, but the quantity is normal and the taste felt quite bland. If they don't add a punch to the flavor or increase the repertoire of seasonings to change the taste, there is only chili oil and vinegar, so it's unsatisfying! Ordered shrimp tsukemen hiyamori and cola. However, it came out as atsumori. The noodles were stuck together, and when I put in my chopsticks, the noodles broke apart. When I ate it expecting shrimp tsukemen, the taste was somehow curry. Honestly, it's the level of tsukemen my mother made for me at home with store-bought tsukemen. I felt like I was eating curry noodles. The cola had also lost a lot of carbonation, so I think it's difficult to repeat at the current situation.
