小僧またおまえか。土佐堀店Kozo Mataomaeka Tosabori Mise
▶︎ A ramen shop that just explodes with umami by combining domestic pork bones with 8 types of seafood ▶︎Directly managed store of KOZOU Group ▶︎Uber Eats member store ▶︎Takeout available Why "Kozou mata omae ka" (Kozou, you again?) In the ramen industry, the term "mata omae ka" is an abbreviation for "common taste of seafood-pork bone type" called "mata-oma-kei". In the midst of this, the new challenge of the 3rd brand after Gokuno Ramen Ramen Kozou (opened 2014) in Fukushima-ku, Osaka, and Tonkotsu Mazesoba KOZOU+ (opened 2016) is to dare to do the "mata-oma-kei" that has been done to death. Kozou's super thick pork bone soup (100% domestic pork bones) with bonito flakes from Makurazaki, Kagoshima Prefecture, sōda bonito from Tosashimizu, Kochi Prefecture, Kumamoto...

When i was eating here 19 june, there was just 1 lady working. She was the cook, the cashier, the server and also doing cleaning. She is amazing! Food was delicious and good price.

View on GoogleRich-style ramen shop located in the Higobashi area. This time I ordered the "Kozouma Ramen (1,000 yen)". The rich soup combining domestic pork bone and seafood clings well to the thick, chewy noodles, making it a very satisfying bowl. A nice bonus is that large portions of noodles and rice are free. On the table, there are "Oni Kappa", "Mayonnaise", "Garlic Soy Sauce", and "Nibo Ten", and making a "Shouten Don" by putting them on rice is also recommended. It's quite junky, but this is addictive! Recommended for days when you want to eat heartily, or for those who like rich pork bone seafood.
View on GoogleI was hesitant with the Jiro-style place nearby, but since I had never been here before, I came here. Arrived alone around 20:40 on a weekday. Got in right away. There are counter seats and table seats. First, buy a ticket at the ticket vending machine. Payment can only be made by cash or QR code payment like ◯◯Pay. It seemed that large noodles were available for a limited time, so I requested it. There was chopped onion inside, which served as an accent and kept it from feeling overwhelming overall. Condiments that can be topped for free are placed on the table, and it's also fun to change the flavor to your liking. The staff's customer service was also good, allowing me to enjoy the meal comfortably. It doesn't have the volumetric satisfaction like Jiro style, but this was delicious in its own way. The staff...
