The cutest bakery I have been to. The bread is very well priced and is extremely well made and tasty.
View on GoogleA stylish bakery located under a condominium in Fukushima. Curious about the high ratings from before, I tried visiting on a midsummer day. Even past 12 o'clock, there are still plenty of bread varieties. Bought the summer-limited lemon salt bread. It was about 360 yen, not cheap. When I asked, 'I'm eating it tomorrow, is that okay?', I was told 'Please put it in the fridge', so I put it in the fridge as soon as I got back and had it the next morning. Sure enough, as I feared, the salt bread is a bit hard. More than that, the jam inside is too sweet, and the top coating falls apart making it hard to eat and sickly sweet. The staff's service is very good, but it didn't suit my palate.

A crispy hard texture with a moist and chewy dough. The mild mentaiko is easy to eat, and the great balance where the flavor of the dough can be firmly felt is very delicious. ... A bakery opened last month, about a 15-minute walk from JR Noda Station. A modern appearance with a stylish interior. The types of bread are not many, but they look like a lineup of carefully selected elites. Personally, I'm glad they have bagels lol.
View on GoogleWent past noon on Sunday. The cinnamon cube felt like a danish, with a crispy outside and fluffy inside, it was soooo delicious. If you slightly warm both in the microwave, they become like freshly baked and even more delicious. Will definitely repeat. It seemed like several cashless payment methods besides cash could be used.
View on GoogleWhen I first entered the shop, official business hadn't started yet, and the moment I saw the lined-up bread, they were baked so neatly that I first thought they were sample models. After talking a bit with the couple and telling them the bread was baked truly beautifully, the two of them very humbly said, 'Now is still the trial and adjustment stage, and it's not in its best condition yet.' They let me taste a few samples that day, and it was truly surprisingly delicious. With a bakery of this high level, even if the owner is a foreigner, I thought it would be popular anywhere in the world if opened.
