Could you call it a ramen shop frequented by local workers? There is no parking lot, and most people park on the shoulder of the road. The female owner and a briskly working staff member are doing their best. There are many set meals with ramen, but you can choose from various ramen flavors. It had a gentle taste. You can choose either fried rice or Tianjin rice for the set, but choosing the Tianjin rice gives you quite a hearty volume and makes it very filling.

The appeal is the overwhelming volume and reasonable pricing. Kosei Ramen is a hidden-gem town Chinese and ramen restaurant loved by locals and working people, located right near the Hanshin Expressway Tenpaozan Entrance. Centered around their signature champon, the overwhelming volume and reasonable pricing are very attractive. The warm customer service from the owner couple and the homey atmosphere are also well-received, making it an easy place to drop in even by oneself. This time, I had the "Champon Fried Rice Set," so I will write information and impressions about that. ◼️ Champon ◯ Soup (Flavor) - A light yet rich salt-tonkotsu base, the cloudy soup blends the umami of pork bone and chicken bone with the sweetness of vegetables. A taste that allows you to feel a solid richness and depth of broth despite the light mouthfeel. - Since the ingredients are stir-fried all at once in a wok and combined with the soup, the savory aroma spreads throughout the entire soup, keeping it piping hot until the very end. ◯ Ingredients - Packed with a heaped pile of crisp vegetables that cover the bowl completely, offering a very hearty volume. - The main ingredients include cabbages, bean sprouts, carrots, onions, and other vegetables, along with plenty of pork, kamaboko (fish cake), and Manila clams. The cooking time was exquisite, and the crisp texture of the vegetables provided a pleasant accent. ◯ Noodles - Thin noodles that pick up the soup well; rather than thick champon noodles like those in authentic Nagasaki, they dare to use thin straight noodles (to medium-thin noodles). - The thickened, umami-rich soup and the abundant ingredients cling firmly to the noodles, and every slurp fills the mouth with the delicious flavors of the soup and ingredients. ◼️ Half Fried Rice ◯ Ingredients - Contains simple, classic ingredients such as chopped chashu pork, egg, and green onions. The umami and fat richness of the chunks of chashu give a great flavor to the entire rice. ◯ Volume and Value - There is a great value fried rice set (ramen + half fried rice). The menu says ramen (soy sauce, miso, tonkotsu, salt) + half fried rice, but there is also a "Half-Chan Set" where you can add a half fried rice to the champon for an extra charge, making it a popular menu item ordered by many regulars because you can eat your fill more reasonably than ordering separately. - Despite being called "half fried rice," it has a substantial portion, and combined with the champon, it makes a very satisfying volume. ◼️ Impression of Visit 静岡The restaurant has the friendliness typical of an old-school town Chinese eatery, and the champon was a highly satisfying bowl condensed with the umami of the ingredients. The fried rice was simple, classic, and delicious with an unexpectedly large volume, which was a pleasant surprise for someone like me who eats a lot. It's understandable why it was full even at the awkward time of 11:35 AM. Due to its popularity and large volume, it takes a little time for the food to be served, so I'd like to visit again on a day when I have time to spare. Thank you for the meal!

Lately I often come to Osaka right after the weekend, and because it fell on regular holidays I couldn't visit easily, but yesterday I managed to go on a business day for the first time in a while. I always order fried rice, but this time I ordered Tianjin rice for the first time. It was ridiculously delicious 😀 All the staff members are so kind that when I come to Osaka It's a shop I love so much that it makes me want to go eat there again. Since I'm a long-distance driver and my meals are irregular, a la carte dishes that I'd love to have Are salads. I always hope that the salad accompanying thekaraage Could be ordered as a single item.

A restaurant I had bookmarked for a while, and I finally decided to visit it for the first time amidst the Obon holiday break. Actually, I tried to visit on the Monday right after Obon (last week) and got turned away, so I called the restaurant to check and solved the mystery. The regular holiday was indeed every Tuesday as pre-trip info stated, but in addition to that, the third Monday was also off. I see ~ I should have checked in advance (what a pity!). Well, today is the fourth Monday, arriving right after 12:15 to find it almost completely full with one group waiting ahead of me. Perhaps because there is no parking nearby, everyone basically parks on the road. Wondering if they get parking tickets ~ while thinking that, I was guided to a two-person table. Sticking to my original intention, I had decided on stamina ramen, but I hesitated between soy sauce and miso, and finally left it up to the friendly female floor staff and decided on her recommendation of miso (laughs). Since I was here, I asked for a set meal with karaage, rice, and kimchi for an additional 400 yen. Wow, even though it's lunchtime, the liveliness is amazing! As other reviewers wrote, above all, the aforementioned female staff member's customer handling and hospitality are wonderful! After waiting a while, the bowl was served, and I took a sip of the soup. Huh? I thought it would be a punchier type with a stronger garlic flavor, but this miso-based stamina ramen is rather close to a slightly spicy rich miso ramen ~ It has a solid upfront taste and you get plenty of vegetables which is nice, but this thickness is a bit tough for an old man approaching 60 (laughs). Next time, I thought I'd try the soy sauce-flavored stamina ramen. The set karaage was also delightfully light-flavored and truly delicious. There are plenty of other interesting menu items such as the restaurant's original "Kosei Don" and "Curry Champon," so I'll leave them as homework for next time. Understandable why it's a popular shop! Thank you for the meal.
