Perhaps because it's attached to a tobacco shop, it's a smoking-allowed coffee shop. I suppose it's pleasing for the smoking faction. Of course, the coffee and toast are delicious, a place to take a breather in various ways.

An orthodox Showa-era coffee shop. Morning is crowded with regulars. It was a wonderful shop with a feeling like time slowly flows inside.
