Kobe Motomachi Doria
Our original doria rice, prepared in-store every morning, pairs perfectly with our various sauces. We offer over 30 kinds of doria, baked omu-doria, and gratin in total. We're particular not only about the rice and sauces but also about our ingredients, and we have a wide range of items so customers never get bored, including limited menus using seasonal ingredients each season and menus for special events. When serving, we bring the doria on a trivet, still over the flame, right to your seat. Our founding wish that you enjoy piping-hot doria to the very last bite remains unchanged today. The melty, gooey cheese and the umami of the ingredients blend together beautifully…

The food was better than my expectation. I went out of USJ around 19:00 and all restaurants had long queue. This one was the best looking with the shortest queue. However, the food was very very good. They strategically add sourness into all of fatty menu (i.e yusu gratin, tomato hamberg cheese, omelet rice with a thick slide od cheese. This made the food really nice. The staffs were friendly. However, they have very limited English communication skill.
View on GoogleNice quiet and tasty place. Ordered Yuzu peper flavoured cream Doria and Japanese style cream Doria.
View on GoogleThis was the first time I ate at this restaurant and I had to get the omurice when I saw it. The restaurant felt homely to me and the staff we're helpful, especially since I don't speak much Japanese. But overall the omurice I ordered really did it for me, it was really delicious, with the omelete on the rice with bacon and mushroom on top, and it was piping hot as it was on a hot plate sitting on-top of a stand with a small flame candle keeping it hot. I guess the only minor thing I could say is that it may be a small dish, especially to visitors outside of Japan when boarders open, but it is still worth a try.
