I love the food here. There are lots of reviews about the service, but I was surprised—do people really want to be smiled at that much? It's so delicious that I keep coming back! I even brought my father because I wanted him to try it. I'm looking forward to future visits too.
View on GoogleA place that seems to have lots of regulars from the neighborhood. It appears to be family-run and has a slightly unapproachable atmosphere, but the food feels handmade and home-style, and it's quite tasty compared with going to a mediocre chain restaurant. The menu is written all along the wall, and there are quite a lot of options. I've visited several times for lunch and dinner with gaps between visits, and as other reviews mention, the service is a bit off toward first-timers or occasional visitors rather than regulars. But it's not particularly terrible service, so personally I think it's a good place to drop into when I don't feel like making dinner.
View on GoogleMy first time here. I ate here two days in a row. There are lots of decorative objects inside. Lunch is very generously portioned. ¥1000 I ended up leaving a little food, the seasoning is slightly strong, but it goes well with rice. The rice is multigrain. It also comes with small side dishes, pickles, soup, salad, and a drink, large portions are free. The place can seat around 10 people. There are counter seats and tables. Since it's not on a main road, I recommend checking the location before going. It seemed to be an izakaya at night.
View on GoogleThey said it was until 1:30, so I came at 1:05, and didn't even get a welcome! When I asked if I could still eat, they were incredibly rude. A place you'd better avoid. If they don't want to serve lunch, they should just stop. More than anything about money, it put me in a bad mood.
View on GoogleI ordered the daily lunch (エビチリ&ニラ玉 set meal). The portion was huge and there were lots of dishes, so I got excited when the food arrived. The flavor is a little strong, but delicious! Coffee (or tea) is included after the meal, and at ¥1,000 for all this, it's very cheap and generous! Happy to have five-grain rice♪ Apparently it's an izakaya at night, and the menu was very extensive too. The staff weren't particularly friendly, so I think it's a good place for people who don't mind that.
