Extremely Disappointing - Frozen Food and Poor Service I travelled from Europe with my mother and was looking forward to a special lunch in Osaka. We were attracted to this shop by the nice presentation and the very friendly, multilingual staff out the front. We bought two boxes of sushi (fatty tuna and fatty salmon), which were quite expensive. However, as soon as we tried it, we realised the sushi was completely frozen. Both the fish and the rice were stiff and icy in the middle. When we politely mentioned this to the staff, their behaviour changed instantly. They were dismissive, did not apologise, and only offered a partial replacement. We even saw the staff swapping bits of rice and fish from the fridge in a very unprofessional manner. To top it off, there was no "thank you" or "goodbye" when we left. This was an incredibly disappointing experience and felt like a total tourist trap. Please save your hard-earned money and go elsewhere for fresh seafood.

Gyoza and crab was really good, probably the best we've had on the trip. We did find everything to be very expensive, the rice, water, and other food in general are twice of what we usually ate in Osaka, so when u go here prepare to spend more but have a good experience. The place was okay, very market vibe but not the comfiest for a big person like me

Very average quality of food for the price. Seafood and beef heavily inflated compared to local restaurants. Recommend come, take a photo and find a better, much more inexpensive place

In my opinion, this is the must go stall in Kuromon market. This shop opens 11.30am and please queue up, select what you want, pay and be seated. Food will be served. Price is properly listed. English menu is available and everything is stated clearly. Fresh and good. For Oysters, I prefer the M size rather than the XL size. Personal preference.

Delicious authentic Japanese food. from large steak to wagyu and kobes, from salmon roes until unis. I had Tonkatsu by itself, A5 and Salmon roe uni chirashi. Also had gyozas. They have a half melon with icecream too. A single spot in Kuramon Market that has all the types that you look for.
