When you’re a foreign tourist and walk into a restaurant packed with local families and groups of friends, you know you’re in the right place. We found this restaurant by luck as we planned to go to Aquarium and Ferris Wheel after we having some lunch. Every dish we ordered came in generous portions at very reasonable prices compared to other places. The deep-fried items were perfectly crispy, flavorful, and not greasy at all. The udon soup was excellent—plesantly chewy udon noodles, well balanced taste and not too salty. The atmosphere is that of a typical Japanese restaurant: a bit cramped and not fancy, but when it comes to the food, this was one of the best meals we’ve had here.

Came here for a quick snack before the aquarium and ended up having a delicious meal! I got the assorted tempura and the kimchi pork appetizers and both were so good.

Good spot, great price, excellent food. If you're in the area, avoid the tourist food locations and put this restaurant on your itinerary, you won't be disappointed!

We stopped by for a quick lunch break, and this shop stands out as the only one open for lunch longer than its neighbors. The restaurant offers a wide range of traditional Japanese meal sets, all with great taste. Plus, they provide free cold water, and the place is impeccably clean.
