"Jinrui Mina Menrui Premium" is a ramen shop located in Umeda, Osaka, and is a collaboration brand with Kansai's peak Italian restaurant "Ponte Vecchio." This unique collaboration offers a new experience beyond the framework of ramen, allowing ramen lovers as well as Italian fans to enjoy a bowl that pleases them. The interior has a calm cafe-like atmosphere with a line of counter seats, and is rumored to be easy for a single woman to enter. At Jinrui Mina Menrui Premium, besides the "Origin / macro / micro" ramen, the collaboration ramen with Ponte Vecchio "D-Noodle" also appears! Located in the LUCUA Food Hall inside Osaka Station, this is one of the area's most popular ramen shops—and judging by the constant queue, it's easy to see why. The restaurant has a spacious, modern interior with a combination of counter and table seating. The clean design, warm lighting, and open layout give it a contemporary feel while still retaining the atmosphere of a dedicated ramen shop. Last visit: July 18, 2026, around 6:40 PM A sizeable line had already formed when I arrived, but the wait was surprisingly reasonable. After about 15 minutes, I was shown to my seat. I ordered the Ramen "Micro," a deep shoyu-based bowl known for its strikingly dark appearance. Despite its almost black broth, the flavor was far lighter and more nuanced than I expected. It had a gentle sweetness with subtle tangy notes that brightened the soup, while the underlying umami remained rich and satisfying. The balance of flavors was exceptional, making the broth both complex and remarkably easy to drink. The toppings were equally impressive. One nice touch is that you can choose whether your chashu is sliced thick or thin. I opted for the thin slices with an additional side order of the thick-cut chashu so I could try both. Each preparation had its own appeal: the thin slices blended beautifully with the broth, while the thicker cuts were wonderfully tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The seasoned egg was another highlight. It was perfectly cooked, with a silky soft white and an incredibly creamy yolk that added even more richness to the bowl. Overall, this is an outstanding ramen shop and one that's well worth the wait. Between the beautifully balanced shoyu broth, excellent toppings, and polished dining experience, it's easy to understand why so many people line up here. If you're dining around Osaka Station, this is a ramen shop I would highly recommend.

This ramen spot is the real deal a must-try for ramen lovers! The noodles are perfectly chewy and satisfying. The broth is rich, well-balanced, and has a unique flavor you won’t find anywhere else. Their special menu is especially impressive delicious from the very first bite. If you’re a ramen fan, you definitely shouldn’t miss this place 👍 It’s a must-visit when you’re in Osaka.

It is incredibly popular and easily recognizable by its distinct setup: The Vibe: A sleek, minimalist, and high-energy interior featuring long counters, modern warm sphere lighting, and their signature rock-concert aesthetic (usually playing Mr. Children music videos on screens). The Specialty: They are famous for their rich, slightly sweet, shellfish-infused soy sauce (shoyu) broth and famously massive, tender slabs of melt-in-your-mouth chashu pork. Worth the long Q!

Have you come across when you google a popular place and the food was average. So I decided to walk around without googling reviews and saw this ramen shop at the basement was full of people. Decided to try and lucky me. The choice is right. The broth looks simple but flavorful. The meat is tender and juicy. The small bow of rice with shredded meat is delicious. Overall the whole meal is delectable. I’m glad I try this ramen restaurant. A hidden gem. 😋

This place is BUSY. There's a lineup outside the Lucua entrance before opening hour at 11 am that you need to wait in. At 11, you get to wait in the "inner lineup" just outside the shop entrance. We tried all three of the ramen with one of them being part of the Incontro set. The dry (non-soup), part of the Incontro set was very good. I thought I would really like the micro (dark soy), but it was a bit too bitter for me. The macro (seafood base) is very good. The original was the best broth for me. The noodles have an excellent chewy texture and the chashu super tender, though you only get one piece if you order the thick one. Overall, each of the three broths had a little bitter aftertaste that I didn't enjoy. Everything was okay, but I probably wouldn't go back. Maybe shoyu ramen is just not for me.
