For tourists this is not just a gyoza spot, but an experience. The hospitality shown by the sweet couple running the restaurant, left my party and I in awe, and although they only serve gyoza, it ended up being our favorite meal of our 2 week trip.

Delicious dumplings!!! This place is run by a 72 year old couple, the lady is very sweet and will try her absolute best to make your visit memorable. She showed me how to make the various fillings to go along with the dumplings. She even gave me tips on what other restaurants to visit. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that’s in the area!

We enjoyed lunch here as soon as we landed in Osaka. The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing and the couple that own the shop are so lovely and hospitable. Our Japanese is very limited but they still communicated with us using their English and a translation app. The gyoza are amazing too and the only thing on the menu which means they’ve perfected their recipe! I believe the gyoza were vegetarian and didn’t contain meat but were flavourful and perfectly cooked. Arigatou gozaimasu! We will definitely be back 😊

I came in an hour before they closed and the owners were very welcoming. I enjoyed their handmade gyoza and the owners even helped prepare five spice dishes for dipping with the gyoza. During the meal, the owners were very friendly and I was able to have a delightful conversation through Google translate. They also gave me a ton of recommendations for food to try and places to visit!

Absolutely authentic Japanese Gyoza! A small shop with a counter, where the gyoza are freshly made right in front of you by the owners. The lady showed us how to “properly eat” gyoza, and we had a very nice conversation with her. The price is far too low for this level of quality!
