Gyoza Bao Tsutsumu
15 min walk from Namba Station, 10 min walk from Daikokucho Station. A gyoza specialty store offering a "sophisticated space" and "high-quality service". We cook in a kitchen facing the counter! Daring to avoid efficiency and sticking to "human hands", everything is handmade from the wrapper and served by "pan-fried, boiled, and steamed"◎ Free of chives and garlic, so enjoy it on dates, for solo diners, dinner, and various occasions♪ Also, while being a popular town gyoza pub, we focus on a cozy space and high-quality service. Please experience a somewhat unusual "evolutionary gyoza restaurant" in Namba! 15 min.

Really good handmade dumplings. You can watch them being made fresh, which is always a nice touch. I liked that they weren’t afraid to play with different flavours and textures without getting too gimmicky. The truffle butter dumpling was a favourite, and the mochi dumpling had a surprisingly great texture. Everything we tried was tasty in its own way. Simple but amazing! Definitely worth a stop if you’re into dumplings.
View on GoogleThis was the best Gyoza and Dumplings I have ever had in my life, we got the Gyoza Tasting Set and it was unbelievably good, the standard Pan-Fried Gyoza was my favourite but the Mochi Gyoza was something I have never tried before and I know I will be craving this again. Service is super fast and friendly, English on the menu makes it easy to order. Highly recommended and foreigner friendly, price was really good for the amount of food you get. Not many photos because I forgot, the smell was too good. Note: Loved the music it was early 2010 hits. - Australian bloke.
View on GoogleAmazing food, friendly staff, English speaking and just around the corner! We stayed in the Wellstay Namba hotel and this was a lovely treat 2min walk from the hotel. They offer deals on set meals but the dumpling options were amazing. The mince meat rice was also stunning! Lovely atmosphere and definitely worth visiting when in the area.
View on GoogleAttentive staff, cool place and great food! Try here when you’re in Osaka for some of the best gyoza experiences coupled with some delicious plates. You must try ANY of the gyozas and then try the chicken drool (sounds weird but is AMAZING). The service is incredible being so attentive and friendly with good English for those that have limited Japanese. The gyozas are just delicious and cooked to perfection. The venue itself is a blend of an itzakaya and restaurant with plenty of seating and comfortable for small groups, families or large groups. Make sure you try here next you’re in Osaka as you won’t be let down at all!
View on Google10/10. These are some of, if not THE best gyozas I've had in my entire life. I feel like I went to gyoza heaven and now I'm back to tell everyone of this place and it's teachings . And I've had a lot of gyozas! Trust me. These guys absolutely know what they're doing; the flavors, the presentation, the price; everything works in amazing cohesion. The service was excellent, and the place was clean and well taken care of. Disclaimer: I was reeeeally hungry, so there's that!
