Located a few minutes' walk from Hankyu Juso Station, 「元祖白飯系ラーメン 夜郎時代」 offers a bowl that satisfies not only ramen lovers but also those who want to fully enjoy white rice. We prepare everything with care every day, aiming for punchy ramen that suits the atmosphere of Juso. Our ramen features an aromatic scorched-soy-sauce broth based on Nagoya Cochin chicken bones. Adding the umami of garlic and backfat creates “white-rice-style ramen” designed to pair perfectly with white rice. The homemade, medium-thick noodles incorporate オーション flour. They hold the broth well and provide a satisfying bite. ラ…

Other posts🍜⏩ @zen.ramen98 📍Kyobashi【元祖白米ラーメン夜郎時代】bowl number 237 @yarou__jidai Food here→ @yk_mg18 Cafés here→ @yk_mg22 This place opened on March 13! Leave Juso Station's east ticket gate and go straight along the shopping street with Mister Donut on your right, and you'll get there! Counter only, about 8 seats! Apparently someone who worked in the Jinmen group started their own place! Strong soy sauce with a big garlic kick makes for pretty punchy ramen🍜 The chashu was tender and delicious too! This ramen is the only menu choice! ¥950!! Apparently rice is free! And 1 refill is free too😳😳 Even though rice is expensive!! Amazing! At the end, make a rice bowl using the soy-marinated garlic and mayonnaise on the table🧑‍🍳 I saved some bean sprouts and other things from the ramen to put on the rice! An indulgent rice bowl is complete🎉 Why is garlic so delicious🤤 Everyone, please give it a try! It was incredibly strong shoyu ramen! You get 2 bowls of rice free, and I thought I couldn't eat that much…, but I ate the first with the rice accompaniments on the table and made the second into TKG. It felt incredibly indulgent, but was delicious. For people who like garlic and strong flavors. I think it would be too strong for people who like salt-based ramen or seafood-stock ramen.

Ramen that goes ridiculously well with rice 🔻Top recommendation🔻 Shoyu ramen A shop that just opened on 3/13! Only 1 item on the menu! This ultra-rich shoyu ramen packed with backfat delivers an intense garlic punch and strong soy sauce flavor! The crunch of bean sprouts boldly stir-fried in an iron pan sends your appetite soaring! Rice comes free, and up to 2 refill bowls are free too—amazing value! Top the rice with bean sprouts and egg yolk, pour over the extra-rich soy sauce broth, and you've got a mini rice bowl with MAXIMUM indulgence🤤 Most customers were young, as expected, but I was surprised that the customers next to me were quite an elderly couple haha Ramen popular with everyone, young and old, men and women! Anyway, you won't forget this ultra-rich soup and garlic punch, so beware of getting hooked! A repeat visit is inevitable! It was very delicious! Thank you for the meal!

I came to 元祖白飯系ラーメン 夜郎時代, marked by a yellow awning. It says original, but I've never heard of white-rice-style ramen before (haha)…let's go in. Inside, there are only 9 seats at an L-shaped counter. Huh…there's no menu. What I have in front of me only explains a limited-time dish…oh, I see, like ら〜めん担担, there's only one menu item. They recommended the regular ramen for a first visit, so I ordered that. You can choose with or without garlic, and I went with〜. Ramen(950円 including tax). Wow, the broth is jet-black, like Toyama Black. The white bean sprouts really stand out. Oh, the soup has quite a punch. Along with sweetness and umami, it has sourness, saltiness, and bitterness—a complex flavor with all five tastes. Add heat and the aroma of scorched soy sauce. The homemade chashu gets a final torching when plated. So tender〜 The noodles are medium-sized with a slight wave. Springy, on the softer side, and chewy. Even when lifted with chopsticks, they refuse to gather together, like an unruly shogun. The counter has mayonnaise and soy-marinated garlic. What do you do with these? You get rice, add ramen toppings and broth, then put them on top. Wow, both the look and taste are junky. Honestly, far too mischievous (haha) And because it's a white-rice thief, up to 2 bowls of white rice are free, believe it. Ooh, I'm stuffed. If you're curious, give it a try〜

The soup is pitch-black! The menu stakes everything on this one rich soy sauce ramen. A distinctive broth that stands apart from the nearby ramen shops. At first I thought the soy sauce was too salty, but after crushing and mixing in the egg, I gradually started tasting the stock's umami. Still, it's very strong. I finished it while refreshing my palate with the complimentary rice. If you don't like garlic, order it without.
