Looking forward to the opening. There seemed to be a queue in the morning, but since I went past 2 PM on a weekday, there were empty seats. It's the style common on YouTube where you take a bowl and tongs and put in the ingredients lined up. There is no noodle service like usual, so you can drop in your favorite noodles beforehand. First, choose either beef bone soup or malatang, and attach it to the bowl clip. After that, add clips to choose spiciness etc. If it's your first time, it might feel confusing, but the clerks respond kindly so it's totally fine. Those lacking confidence should go after 2 PM. There are many sauces for flavor changing, but if you choose malatang, it's quite spicy so I think Japanese pepper (sansho) or chili oil (rayu) is unnecessary I like spicy things so I chose level 2 spicy malatang, but I thought level 1 spicy might have been fine too. Alternatively, choosing beef bone soup and changing the flavor later is also good. The ordering method is posted at the entrance, but for people without any knowledge, it might be a hurdle. I thought it would be kinder if the ordering method was also posted at the tables Drinks are provided in cans. For soft drinks, there is a 100 yen vending machine in front of the shop, so it seems you should buy that and enter the shop. Canned beer is displayed on the shelf, but it's not chilled. When you tell the clerk they bring it from the back, but that kind of unclearness is a minus point. Ingredients are plentiful, choices are infinite, and the taste is delicious, but it's a shop where you go to enjoy by figuring things out yourself

A malatang shop finally opened in Hirano Ward! Visited just past 20:00 on opening day. There were lots of customers regardless of age and gender! I was happy with the style of picking ingredients myself, the variety of ingredients is rich, and since they are large, there is a sense of satisfaction. There were also unusual fish pastes and the like! I made the spiciness level 1, but personally it wasn't too spicy, and I think it's about the same as level 1 at other shops. It was very delicious, and the staff's customer service was also pleasant to watch! After being shown to my seat, I hesitated whether I could go pick up ingredients now, so I thought it would be even better if there was a word to the customers, giving 4 stars with future expectations in mind! Thank you for the meal!
