My first time trying monjayaki, thanks to a local friend who brought me here. It was surprisingly delicious! I really enjoyed it and will probably come back again with my friends. Great food and a nice atmosphere. 😊

Teppan & Mix Enishi (Kamishinjo, Osaka) Visited "Teppan & Mix Enishi," a teppanyaki restaurant located in Kamishinjo, Osaka. While visiting Osaka and stopping by Kamishinjo, I happened to drop into this place on a whim. It turned out to be an unexpected huge hit. ⸻ ◆Shop Atmosphere The interior is not very large. However, this cozy feel is very comforting. The menu is handwritten, complete with illustrations. This handmade feel is charming once again and creates a warm atmosphere. ⸻ ◆Food & Drinks The first thing I felt was "So cheap!" regarding the pricing. Both the food and drinks are reasonably priced, allowing you to order without hesitation. I ordered appetizers one by one. Being a teppanyaki restaurant, tonpeiyaki was naturally a must. Although served fully cooked, cooking it further while eating on the sizzling hot teppan iron griddle makes it exceptional. Fluffy egg paired with pork umami. The aroma of the sauce. This makes highballs unstoppable. Anyway, the highballs keep going down. ⸻ ◆Customer Service The owner is a woman. She is very approachable and has a bright personality. When it gets busy, she cooks away earnestly, and whenever she has a spare moment, she naturally strikes up a conversation. This sense of distance is exquisite. ⸻ ◆Summary Of course the food is delicious, but more than that, it's a shop that warms your heart. It was a chance encounter, but it's a place I definitely want to stop by again next time I come to Kamishinjo. Thank you for the meal.

To think there is a place where I can eat my favorite monjayaki so close by! First of all, even though it's a teppanyaki restaurant, the interior is clean, nothing on the tables is sticky, and the bathroom is kept clean—major plus points☆ The staff members that day were three women, very attentive and friendly, and the speed at which the food came out wasn't too slow, which was great. The variety of drinks is also large. The Amanatsu citrus chuhai was delicious. The avocado slice salad was a bit different from what I imagined, but as someone who loves avocado, I was satisfied because I could taste thick slices of it. I got the tendon-konjak (sujikon) topping for my monjayaki, but was it sweet-simmered sujikon? That flavor was strong so for me personally it was a miss (lol). Next time maybe I'll try mentai cheese or something. The yaki udon is quite soft; I might prefer it a bit firmer. The large shrimp and squid were delicious. The tonpeiyaki feels like a fairly large volume. It looks like they are revising prices, but at the moment I think it's reasonable. I wonder how much they will go up. Still, I'll go again!

Went after a long time! Whenever I check to see if they're open on Sundays, it's usually full. It seems difficult on weekends without a reservation. Every dish is delicious 😋 Even when I think I'm full, somehow the curry monjayaki just slides right down lol

Very delicious. The avocado, raw ham, and mini tomato salad is the best. The monjayaki is also the best.
