table was reserved ahead. superb attentive service and food was fantastic! various parts of pork that you can imagine, and maybe more, grilled to perfection! but a skewer or two may be overly charred, or slightly undercooked with blood quite happily run out onto the plate, so it depends what do you prefer. Trotter/knuckle was great; basically all food were great, including the salads and all items literally from head to toes!
