Bought cream puffs for the first time in a while at the cake shop inside AEON Kire-Uriwari on the Tanimachi Line. The cakes are a bit pricey, but the cream puffs and éclairs (chocolate and mocha available) are inexpensive and delicious. In particular, I recommend the W-Choux (Melon) for 367.20 yen including tax and W-Choux (Cream & Custard) for 345.60 yen including tax—they are super delicious. Opens at 10 AM in the morning. There is Summer Madeleine for souvenirs, 12 pieces for 1,080 yen excluding tax, and madeleines can also be purchased individually, so I definitely recommend buying them for souvenirs. Located in the back left from the front entrance of AEON Kire-Uriwari.
