On our very first day visiting Osaka, we stopped by Comma Italian Restaurant, and it turned out to be such a pleasant surprise. From the moment we started eating, we were impressed by the quality of the food, the variety on the menu, and especially the prices, which were very reasonable for how good everything was. Everything we ordered—from the Caesar salad to the main dishes—was delicious. The flavors were fresh, and well-balanced. We genuinely enjoyed every dish we tried. Highly recommend Conma Italian Restaurant to anyone looking for tasty food, good options, and great value!

I recently discovered this location was near my school and decided to check it out. I went two times. The first time I came around lunch time, just a walk in, and was seated right away. The workers very kindly explained the weekly items and how to order. I had only ordered a drink and acai bowl. It came out very fast in my opinion and was so tasty~! It was very refreshing and delicious. My first time visiting was very enjoyable, so I decided I wanted to go again but this time also try out their pastas. The second time I came was on a Wednesday right when they opened at 12 for lunch. I was able to be seated right away. The workers seemed very busy seating everyone, explaining the menu, and getting drinks, but fortunately I already knew what I wanted and ordered right away with the QR code. I had the Bacon's carbonara which I enjoyed and was very fulling. It was very creamy, kinda just tasted like black pepper. It came out reasonably fast. Unfortunately, this is where my experience went downhill. I had once again ordered an acai bowl, so was just waiting on that. I think I was forgotten though? Because even after waiting 40 minutes, it never came. For at least 20 minutes of that time, I just sat there with an empty plate as no one came to get it. I decided to just leave and check out. Even then, they didn't realize I never received the acai bowl. Thus, I had to let them know so they could take it off the bill. The worker did ask if I could wait a little longer, but after 40 minutes of waiting, I was okay without it. This experience has dampened my view of the place, and even though I liked the food, I probably won't come back. Overall: 2/5 Food: 4/5 Service: 2/5 Atmosphere: 3/5 Edit/Update: I decided to give this place another try and I went with a classmate. This time they weren’t so busy. I’d say this experience was pleasantly better than last. We were seated straight away and the waiter kindly explained the menu throughly. Food was delicious as always, and came out at a reasonable pace. And whenever my friend and I were done with our dishes, the servers were very attentive and took our plates away. And gave us waters once we were done with our drinks. If they aren’t too busy, I’d love to come again because I love the açai bowl. However, if they are busy, I’d rather not risk it. Experience too bad! 1:30pm ordered 2:20pm found missing order And then all food (bread, salad, pasta) serve at the same time - cannot understand what they were doing? Rating 4.6???? Is the rating bought? Totally unacceptable!!!!

The atmosphere and food were impeccable! The only minor flaw was the drinks were too sweet with syrup flavouring. But overall a positive experience and will be back again in the future ☺️

I’d heard online that the pasta at this place was amazing, so I had to check it out — and the reviews were spot on! The flavors were so fresh and simple in the best way. I honestly didn’t expect it to be this good, and if I’d known, I definitely would have ordered another pasta before the last call!
