A hidden gem of a town Chinese restaurant located in Nishi-Awaji, Higashiyodogawa Ward. Access from the station is poor, and almost only locals visit this shop, but you can taste authentic Chinese cuisine. Even celebrities supposedly visit incognito. The seating consists of about 6 tables, and it gets quite crowded at lunchtime. Though the dishes are orthodox, they are very delicious. Prices are also reasonable, making it an easy restaurant to use. 💮💮💮

I had the thickened champon. It was full of vegetables, had lots of small shrimps lumped in, and was delicious. The taste wasn't overpowering and had a nice light feel, which was good. However, because the thickening was intense, it was super-duper hot. There are quite a few customers during lunchtime, so it fills up immediately. Also, since it's run by the owner alone, you have to wait a little bit for the food to come out, but it's a popular shop because it's delicious.

The tenshinhan suited my palate very well and was delicious. An aromatic egg that absorbed sesame oil with a savory/salty style starchy sauce! There were occasional pieces of ginger that gave it a nice fragrance. It also contained imitation crab meat and wood ear mushrooms, making it very voluminous and filling. I suppose it's because I'm used to lightly seasoned food, but the flavor of the complimentary soup was quite strong, and combined with the tenshinhan, it got a bit tough towards the end. For those who like to drink alcohol, it might be good. I found this shop on a whim while walking home, but my satisfaction level was very high. I want to try other menu items, so I'd like to stop by if I'm in the neighborhood again.
