桃谷の商店街にあります。料理全部美味しいです。鶏も新鮮で、エイの肝も食べました。鳥だしのラーメンや、胡麻の葉おにぎりもぺろっと食べました。食べたいメニューが沢山ありましたのでまた行ってみます。

Yukhoejang Gupbap not on the menu? A fairly new shop in Momodani Shopping Street. Visited for the first time this time. Wanting to eat "rice and soup dishes", I actually wanted to order Yukhoejang soup and stone-pot bibimbap, but as expected the portion seemed large, so I asked the master, "Can you make Yukhoejang Gupbap?" And he kindly accommodated my request. That Yukhoejang Gupbap was exquisite! Behind the spiciness was a solid richness and umami, and the balance with the rice was outstanding. Salt-grilled pork trotters, were cut to be easy to eat, deliciously grilled with a crispy outside and juicy inside. It went great with beer. The master's flexible accommodation was also comforting, a cozy place. Next time I definitely want to taste the rumored raw chicken liver. Thank you for the meal 🙏

割と新しいお店。 頼んだのは ・ミノの湯引き ・スルメの天ぷら ・ヒラアジのフェ 辛さが控えめで食べやすい。 ・なんか肉炒めたやつ 食感強くて美味い。 ・エイの生肝ポン酢 あん肝やカワハギの肝よりも独特のクセがあるが、これが日本酒によく合う。今回いただいた中では1番好きです。 ・テールラーメン おいしい。 お酒も少々いただき2人で5470円。 ごちそうさまでした。

名物のホルモン煮込みが西京味噌仕立てで優しい味です。 他では見られない逸品が多くてマスターの腕が冴え渡ります。 エイのレバーと肩の肉のスープでお酒が進みました
