I do not usually write reviews, but this shop is really worth my time. There was a huge aroma of curry before we even entered. Which made us drool and went in with contempt. Even though we don’t speak japanese. The staff and chef were really nice and patient with us. The spice of the curry just hits the spot, the pork cutlets were in perfect sizes and crunchy. One of my best meals in this Japan trip.

Highly recommend this place! We were in the neighborhood and saw a line for this curry place so we put down our name (if there’s a line it must be good). They only serve 2-3 items. Curry with pork or curry with beef. It says “spicy” for regular dish but it’s on the lower side. I don’t eat spicy food and I finished the plate. Super quick service. From ordering to the food, it takes like 5 minutes. I love how efficient Japan is. The curry itself is AMAZING! very rich. Pork cutlet is crispy and juicy. Beef is so tender. It melts inside your mouth. It’s a small place. Maybe like 10 seats? Everything is clean and neat. They give you a basket to put your personal belongings (like all other Japanese restaurants). The staff are very friendly and helpful. I think it’s cash only.

Cash only store. While walking thru the street, we noticed few people were waiting outside a tiny place, we got curious and found it was this incredible Japanese curry restaurant. The wait time was about 40 minutes but the waitress gave us an estimated time to comeback, we didn’t had to wait in line after putting our nome in her list. When we came back, she handed us the menu. There were only three curries in the menu, pork, beef and chef’s special. Soon we walked in and saw the place had about eight seats, all facing the kitchen counter. I ordered the beef curry that came with rice and unlimited Japanese pickle radish. The plate was served within few minutes. This was the BEST curry of my life. It was so delicious I almost had tears of joy. The beef was so tender and soft, almost melted in the curry. I felt such happiness finishing every single of that curry. I wish they had an option to buy extra curry. The whole process from walking in to walking out was about 20 minutes. It was so quick. It was cash only. Each curry plate was under $10 USD. An incredible experience for such a decent price. This was one of the highlight and best moment of my entire Japan trip.

Very generous servings and lovely staff, red Thai curry pictured below was delicious and spicy (I couldn't finish it but it was amazing). The beef curry is also fantastic with various topping options. Highly recommend.
