I used to like this place for lunch, but the quality has decreased lately.
View on GoogleMost curry lovers know Gali. There is always a line there, but just about 10 meters away, there is another restaurant with a line. That is BECO here. What's so amazing about it? Well, everything other than the main meat—rice, raw egg, curry, special furikake (gyudon beef, lol), fukujinzuke, and chopped negi—is all-you-can-eat! Well, I'm not a big eater, but being able to eat curry and gyudon-like meat is fun, so it scores high points. I entered before 12 so I got in without waiting, but after 12, a line started forming outside. All lunch menus are 1000 yen. There are 6 types: skirt steak, tenderloin steak, yakiniku, chicken nanban, skirt steak cutlet, and a mixed set. Skirt steak is my favorite among meats, so I ordered the skirt steak. ◆Skirt Steak Lunch Price: 1000 yen When you order, instead of a small rice bowl, white rice served in a relatively large container comes out first. Take this to the middle of the shop, pile on curry, meat, negi, and fukujinzuke, and phase one is complete! A little while later, the meat arrived too, so I snapped a photo w The skirt steak has a rare roast finish and looks delicious♪ When I tried it, it had just the right tenderness, was juicy, and the sauce was delicious. I'm guessing it's an onion-based sauce?, but it has a flavor that makes the rice disappear fast. Then, a bite of the curry. The stewed-style curry brings out the umami of the meat with a rich depth, and this is delicious too. I was surprised by how many chunks of meat were in it, more than I imagined. It's not spicy and lacks an overt spice profile, so it's a standard stewed-style flavor that pleases everyone. And the special furikake (gyudon beef). This has a sweet and savory seasoning and is literally gyudon! Combining this meat with the curry makes it insanely delicious. Fukujinzuke and negi go well with it too, so I added plenty w Finally, I got a refill and had the gyudon curry again, finishing it with a stuffed stomach. Naturally, I couldn't manage the raw egg, but the person sitting next to me put the raw egg on top and ate the full course, lol. If you want to eat your fill, please drop by. Thank you for the meal!
View on GoogleOn this day, everyone shared steaks lavishly 🥩 and we could enjoy a variety of things. We had a platter combining 150g of domestic beef ribeye and 150g of domestic beef sirloin. The steak on the sizzling iron plate had incredible volume. We weren't asked how we wanted it cooked, but it was a spot-on medium-rare, just the way I like it. With juicy fat and steak sauce, it made me want rice, but I held back hard because I wanted to try their recommended garlic rice lol. With an authentic taste where you could feel the sweetness of the meat, I left completely full. Since they also have great-value course menus and all-you-can-drink combinations, it's a great restaurant for a lively steak party 🥩 with friends.
View on GoogleWandered around looking for lunch past 1 PM on a Saturday and ended up here. The interior had a stylish vibe, and the food was very delicious. Rice, miso soup, eggs, braised meat (something like it), french fries, and curry were all-you-can-refill. I thought 1000 yen might be a bit pricey, but with so many refills available, I felt it was alright!
View on GoogleThe steak meat is delicious. However, the rice-based items (nigiri, garlic rice) were subpar. The seasoning of the garlic rice was also quite unique.
