Wow! We loved the food, the kind service and the beautiful views at this restaurant. We ordered the chicken cutlet and the seafood set - both were perfectly cooked and delicious. Friendly staff gave us an English menu too. Highly recommended!

Fairly good restaurant within ATC building. The food was really cheap with decent portions. There were a lot people at lunchtime so there might be a bit wait. If you can get counter seat in front of the window, you can also enjoy the water view.

Since it was a holiday, there were long lines at every restaurant at lunchtime, but this place had fewer lines than others. I was able to enter after waiting about 15 minutes. My companions ordered fried set meals, but because I felt like "not in the mood for fried food~", I ordered the "Simmered Mackerel Set Meal (700 yen)". Naturally it was pre-made so it was served immediately. The mackerel was fatty without any fishy smell, and the seasoning was neither too spicy nor too bland, it was delicious. The "rice", which is important in a set meal, felt like "hmmmmm", but considering the price, I convinced myself it "can't be helped".
