A good meal after the bath next door. What more can you ask for? Staff are friendly and professional. The food is good. Seems that everyone knows each other and it’s a warm environment. I’d definitely come here again. Would recommend the Karaage (fried chicken). Very child friendly.

📆May 2025 Went into 朝日温泉♨️ with my eldest son, daughter, grandchild no. 1, and grandchild no. 4. It was a short time, but we had a fun dinner from the izakaya menu😊 The rental car return time was approaching so it was hectic, but we asked Tamaru-san at 朝日温泉, and the eatery's master cooked at full speed for us — so grateful🙇‍♀️

Come for a drink after your bath, or for dinner Super sento with attached eateries are common, but an eatery right in front of a classic neighborhood sento is pretty rare. You can drink beer at 朝日温泉 too, but it's also nice to drink here at this eatery while nibbling on something, or just have dinner here too. By the way, for those fresh out of the bath, the first drink is half price, except bottled beer! The menu isn't that big, but there's fried food, sashimi, set meals, and so on. There's a photo of their pork kimchi posted in the bathing area at 朝日温泉, so you get hungry before you even leave the bath (lol) If you order the mega-size fries or karaage, they come out in a wooden bath bucket~ Kids get a lottery prize service! So yeah, like 朝日温泉, 朝日食堂 is full of hospitality. Cards and cashless payments are all accepted

Hamburgers at lunch, izakaya menu at night. The hamburger set comes in a wooden bucket, which is super cute. It's hearty, with a boiled egg, fries, and a drink. It fills you up. The night menu is also tasty and very reasonable. The liver sashimi and karaage are really delicious, I recommend them.

The owner has zero motivation, and the food is insanely expensive. Never going again. The actual food is totally different from the photos lol. I bet it'll go under soon
