Ate here on 9 June 2026. I'm a Vietnamese person that went to Vietnam last year and I think the bánh mì tasted authentic and delicious! I got a grilled pork bánh mì for ¥790 (prices have changed a little, and can be quite spicy, beware). Also GREAT Vietnamese coffee, very rich and flavourful. There's seating for about 6 people inside, very tight. Owner is very courteous and prepares it all very fast in front of you. Cash only!

You know, I'm so excited as I write these words. Cuisine can also be seen as the face of a country and here they are doing it very well. Each dish is made with care and dedication by the owner. In appearance and taste, both are very neat and perfect. I've tried banh mi at quite a few places but this place made me go "oh wow". When you read this comment, you should know what to do bro. Let's try it right now…!!!!!!

Lovely woman running the shop. Big fat sandwiches for a reasonable price, and delicious. Local old guy hangs out and will chat with you if you speak Japanese. Lovely spot, will be back again for sure.

Wonderful dining experience at Ai Banh Mi. The footlong subs taste so great. The atmosphere is very warm and the boss is very welcoming. I'd like to recommend all visitors to eat here.

Delicious sandwich! Just expect a bit of a wait. Probably the slowest sandwich making I've ever seen. It took about 15 minutes for them to make 3 sandwiches who ordered before me and another 10 minutes to make mine. If you're good for the wait, though, I'd suggest it.
