☆Roman Umeda Branch☆ "Abura soba" is a soup-less noodle born in Tokyo, eaten by mixing freshly boiled noodles with oil and sauce. Ramen 700-1000 kcal Abura soba 500-700 kcal So, abura soba has fewer calories and half the salt content compared to ramen. Furthermore, Using cholesterol-free oil is one of the healthy attractions. This time I visited A popular abura soba/mazesoba shop headquartered in Morinomiya, Osaka. Last month the Nakazakicho, Osaka branch opened, and the Umeda branch has already opened, the pace of opening shops is amazing! The menu is broadly ・Abura soba (850 yen) ← Order ・Mazesoba (1000 yen) There are 2 types, each with options for half-boiled egg, meat, and all toppings. There are also raw egg rice, bowl menus, and profitable set menus. Abura soba, In a hot state, pour vinegar and chili oil for 1-2 rounds, mix the sauce at the bottom of the bowl until even, and eat heartily. There are also plenty of items on the table so you can customize it to your liking.

[Abura soba/Mazesoba Roman Umeda Branch] located in Kita-ku, Osaka City It is a new shop that officially opened on March 13, 2026, and is one of the Roman Group that focuses on abura soba and mazesoba✨ When entering the shop, there is a ticket machine on the right, and the style is to buy a meal ticket before sitting down. Counter seats and table seats are available, making it an easy-to-use space. Also, another feature is that it is open continuously from 11 am to 5 am the next morning😳✨✨ Furthermore, tonkotsu ramen is also served from around 10:30 pm at night, which is also attractive because you can enjoy it in different ways depending on the time🤩🤩🤩 What I ordered this time is this👋 'Nikumori Mazesoba' 1,200 yen The mazesoba served is a bowl of noodles with a satisfying volume with ingredients arranged neatly🍜 Finished with the aroma of the sauce that stimulates the appetite. Let's eat immediately‼️ 【Noodles】 What appears when lifted is homemade noodles that are thick and chewy. It has a strong texture, and the combination with the sauce is also good😋✨✨ By mixing everything, the umami becomes one, making it a satisfying dish. 【Char siu】 Char siu served abundantly is very satisfying. The meat flavor is felt strongly, increasing the satisfaction of the bowl of noodles🥰✨✨ 'Karaage 3 pieces' 300 yen Karaage that is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. With strong seasoning, this is a dish that goes well with mazesoba😍✨✨ A new shop that officially opened on March 13. If you eat this bowl of noodles, you will understand the reason why customers keep coming one after another immediately after opening. As a shop that can be enjoyed in different ways depending on the time, attention seems to be increasing in the future. On the way home, I greeted and gave a NO NOODLE, NO LIFE. sticker😊 It was very delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Abura soba specialty shop opened in Umeda/Doyama-cho. Nikumori mazesoba with chewy medium noodles and rich sauce does not feel too heavy than it looks and can be enjoyed deliciously until the end. Flavor change is also possible and the satisfaction level is high. Three large karaage that are freshly fried, crispy, and juicy are also recommended.

Abura soba/mazesoba specialty shop opened in Umeda/Doyama-cho. A new shop of "Roman" which is headquartered in Higashinari-ku, and is within walking distance from Hankyu Umeda Station or JR Osaka Station. The interior is centered on the counter, and the style is to buy a meal ticket at the ticket machine at the entrance. QR code payment was also supported. What I ordered was mazesoba (1,000 yen). Whole wheat thick noodles with spicy minced meat, chives, green onions, bamboo shoots, and egg yolk, and when mixed, the rich sauce will blend well with the noodles. The chewy thick noodles are also quite satisfying. On the table, there are also items to change the flavor such as chili oil, vinegar, and garlic, and it is fun to be able to adjust it to your liking. If you leave a little sauce and add rice, it was a satisfying way to end until the end.

While looking around while waiting for the traffic light, the sign for abura soba and mazesoba suddenly caught my eye. Without realizing it, my feet were heading towards that shop and I ordered mazesoba. The shop has a simple design and the staff are not overly enthusiastic, but very normal, but the smell drifting from the kitchen stimulated the appetite. What I ordered was mazesoba with large portion noodles. It was fun to be able to change the flavor to your liking with garlic, rich sauce, vinegar, etc. I tried the garlic variation out of curiosity, and it was seriously delicious.
