Food 10/10, chef 10/10, atmosphere 10/10. This kind of ramen is special and you won’t find it l anywhere else, so I highly recommend checking this place out. The portions are huge, so you’ll be satisfied if you order the medium size. The owner is such a great person, you always feel welcome 😊

July 30, 11:30 AM First visit in a while. Running it solo, but the menu is just shoyu or shio. Plus onigiri, so just counter seating is just right for a solo operation. In seasons like winter when you don't sweat much, the flavor might feel a bit salty, but in summer that saltiness is just right for the body. Fully able to savor the texture and aroma of the hearty noodles, menma, and green onions. And despite running the counter solo, when I was sweating, he directed a desktop fan at me and said please use this to wipe your sweat - such attentive care. The master is wonderful. A while ago I went to a shop in Teradamachi opened by a popular Tsuruhashi restaurant, and even with the same solo operation, there was a world of difference. This place is several levels better and I learned a lot
