A restaurant specializing in all-you-can-eat yakiniku with a table-order buffet system. Unlike a conventional buffet, guests can relax without leaving their seats during the meal. We offer 3 all-you-can-eat courses: the "58-item Course", "King Course", and "Premium Course". The "Five Signature Specialties", available from the "King Course" onward, feature great-value items such as "King Karubi", made with a rare cut yielding only about 500g per cow. We also carefully select ingredients and pay attention to every detail, including meat-cutting methods and sauces, achieving quality that goes beyond the all-you-can-eat category. Whichever…

Simply the best! The whole crew were very friendly and welcoming. Food varieties and qualities were top notch. We're glad to have experienced the food and genuine hospitality at this restaurant. It was the highlight of our trip in Japan. Thank you very much.

Better to make reservation a day or two before going to the place.

I used the Neyagawa Ninoji branch. During the meal, a staff member wearing a "Yakiniku Police" sash very enthusiastically and pleasantly appealed, "Please cooperate with the survey and write good things about me." Impressed by their hard work, I filled out the survey with high evaluations out of a desire to support them, but honestly I am dumbfounded by the response after that. At checkout, perhaps because the survey was over? Where did the friendliness go, they changed to a surprisingly cold and indifferent attitude. The blatant difference in attitude as if to say, "Once we get the review, we have no use for customers anymore," made me feel more shocked by the betrayal of trust than angry. In-store surveys are not the whole evaluation. Instead of "acting" just to earn temporary numbers, shouldn't customer service continue until the moment you leave the shop? The meat was so thin it couldn't even be grabbed with tongs, and it felt too frozen with issues in meat quality... Individual differences aside, I didn't think it was delicious (sweat). After all, Wonkarubi is the most delicious. Since there were other wonderful staff members, I'll give it 2 stars. I left the shop with a very disappointing feeling. Revisiting is out of the question. P.S. Regarding the owner's comment: Copy-pasting the exact same review response to every review made it clear that they truly don't take it sincerely or have any intention to improve.

A yakiniku restaurant with wonderful staff service. Table cleaning was fast, and I felt that consideration was always paid. The greetings upon entering and "thank you very much" when leaving were very polite, allowing me to enjoy my meal comfortably from start to finish. Today, especially, the staff went out of their way to come to the entrance to see us off, which was very surprising. I don't think there are many shops that value customers this much. I am very satisfied with the service aspect, and I definitely want to use it again.
