I ordered a takeout katsudon and while waiting for it to be ready, customers suddenly increased and the clerk loudly chanted, "I will hand them out in order, so please wait." I thought the ordered item would be handed over immediately, but it never came. After about 5 minutes, the customers were gone, but my food still hadn't arrived, so I asked the clerk, "Is the katsudon still not ready?" They were just about to start making it now, so I asked, "Didn't you say 'I will hand them out in order, so please wait'?" but saying "I'm very sorry," they started making it in the back. When I asked for cancellation processing, it ended up with them saying, "d-barai cannot be cancelled." It was the worst clerk. I had used it many times, but I will use elsewhere. By the way, "d-barai can be cancelled." Please study register handling, clerk.
View on GoogleThe recommendation is definitely! The Sangen Mugi Pork Loin Cutlet Bento! Freshly made is super plump and crispy, and the meat is firm and really delicious! It's delicious even when slightly cooled (´-`) When it's completely cold, you can bring it close to the freshly made deliciousness with a microwave and toaster (*-`*) What I personally thought was amazing about Saboten is that I eat all the side dishes. Basically, bento side dishes usually don't have anything good in my opinion and I almost never finish them, but I eat all of Saboten's side dishes. The reception clerk is always cheerful, kind, and polite no matter when you go, and you can shop pleasantly until the end (*^_^*) I only know the Kori-en branch, but if it's about 15 minutes before closing, you can get a 20% discount and eat the bento at a great price! Ah! Not only bento, but also tonkatsu alone, sandwiches, etc. are available, so please definitely go try it once!
View on GoogleI bought a fillet cutlet bento and a Saboten bento and when I went back to eat them, the rice was warm but all the fried food was cold. When I called the restaurant, they said, "If you ask for freshly fried when ordering, we will put in freshly fried food. Customers who buy several times always ask when ordering." Does that mean it's okay for first-time buyers to have cold food? Do I have to reheat it in the microwave after going home? Not a single word of apology, I'm in a bad mood! Please put up a notice saying those who want freshly fried food should ask.
View on GoogleThe taste is certainly delicious. But being a specialty store, it's expensive. Is the batter a bit thick? The pricing is about the same as KYK, and a loin cutlet is around 600 yen per piece, so I hesitate to buy it lol. A fillet cutlet is around 190 yen per piece, and it's delicious so I recommend it. The others... consult your wallet lol.
View on GoogleThere are periods when they don't skimp on meat and interesting products come out. When going to Heiwado from the morning, I buy bento here.
