This is an old-school, quintessential Showa-era izakaya ☺ The 1st floor consists of 8 counter seats and 2 table seats, but large groups can be accommodated in the large hall on the 2nd floor. Recommended menu items are doteni, yakitori, and the cheese series. The doteni features meat that has been simmering in a continually replenished broth, absorbing all the flavors, and the yakitori is grilled by the master himself after you order, so whether you choose tare (sauce) or salt, the seasoning is spot on 👍️ ☺ Also, for the cheese series—mochi, eggplant, potato, and tomato 🍅—they come out piping hot in a gratin dish loaded with cheese, and they are so delicious you can't complain at all. They also have various a la carte dishes, and since there aren't many misses, I think you'll be fine no matter what you order ☺. The prices are also reasonable, so you can eat without worry. It's a recommended izakaya.

Social distancing ok The owner has a great personality and the atmosphere of the shop is good too. It's even better if you let them choose the yakitori for you! I was able to relax and enjoy some delicious drinks!
