Used with a reservation on Sunday at 18:00. The Kuroge Wagyu seared yukhoe and lean special rib were delicious. Used with a reservation on Sunday at 19:30. The grilled liver and grilled tongue are delicious. A shop where you can get delicious meat. The harami and grilled tongue are the best. Used on Saturday around 18:30. Reservations recommended.

A shop located in a small shopping street in a fringe location where crossing the water channel bordering the paid parking lot right next to Neyagawa City Shimakanda-cho crosses into Kadoma City. It seems to have gone through shared ownership and turned into a yakiniku specialty store from what was originally a butcher shop. A popular shop, but quite empty if you avoid weekends etc. What we had this time: Upper salt tongue ¥1,980 x 3 portions, Upper harami ¥1,150 x 3 portions, Lean special rib ¥1,300 x 3 portions, Shimatecchan ¥860 x 2 portions, Kuraishi beef inner thigh ¥1,060 x 3 portions, Raw senmai ¥860, And various other things... Perhaps because I didn't expect much, I thought the meat adequately matched the price (*^^^*) What I especially liked was the Kuraishi beef inner thigh! Because it's thigh meat, it was light yet packed with deep umami—delicious meat (^-^). Butcher shop and yakiniku restaurant combined. A neat and calm space. Delicious meat, but priced accordingly.
