[Kenzo Ramen], located in Korimoto-cho, Neyagawa City, Osaka, is a ramen shop beloved by the local community, offering a bowl focused on a balanced umami flavor. Conveniently located near the station, it is used for a wide range of occasions such as after work or during holiday lunchtimes. The characteristic of our shop is that we cherish the depth and aroma of the soup. Our original soup is carefully prepared so that the umami is firmly brought out. The noodles are carefully selected considering their compatibility with the soup, pursuing a good throat feel and a hearty chew. We are also particular about the toppings, combining vegetables and meat in a well-balanced manner to create a bowl that you can finish to the end without getting tired of it...

A ramen shop located about a 5-minute walk from Korien Station. This time I had the limited-time menu Tanrei Hiyashi & Rice (with plum) and Horumon Yakimeshi. The Tanrei Hiyashi is the perfect bowl for a hot day. I ate the plum rice like ochazuke by pouring the Tanrei Hiyashi soup over it. The horumon fried rice has a good volume and is recommended when you want to eat a hearty meal.

A restaurant I've been seeing on Instagram from time to time🍜 However... it's a bit far from home and requires transfers... However! I was curious so I visited for the first time Ordered by staff instead of a ticket machine, and got the limited Tokusei Megu Special Hiyakake✨ Served in about 5 minutes🍜 First, the soup... refined yet packed with strong niboshi! But zero unpleasant bitterness from the niboshi, it feels like just extracting the umami★ The kaeshi soy sauce rounds everything out smoothly, making me keep slurping it down😊 The noodles are from Teigaku! 😋 Rumor has it they carefully selected from dozens of types or something... Teigaku's smooth, springy noodles were seriously delicious♪ The sliced chashu on a separate plate is moist and perfect for the cold dish✨ Squeeze the lemon to change the flavor for a different soup profile! Refreshing A bowl perfect for the hot summer It was deliciousーー★ Thank you for the meal😋

Went for lunch with two people and had the Kenzo Sutahoru Mazesoba and Kenzo Ramen. The ordering style uses a QR code. The mazesoba is slightly spicy with a strong garlic kick and is delicious. It comes with a mini rice so you can enjoy it deliciously to the very end and get full. The horumon was also plump and delicious. Electronic money is accepted for payment. Prices seem to be gradually increasing with the recent inflation, but I felt they were trying hard to keep it down. I would like to go again if I have the chance.

At this 25-year-old established restaurant, I tried both the signature and new dishes. The signature Kenzo Ramen (soy sauce) features an exquisite soup unique to an owner with a Japanese cuisine background. Despite the richness of pork bone, the aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing, and it pairs exceptionally well with the thin noodles. On the other hand, the talked-about Rasuki Jiro has a huge impact! Bean sprouts, chashu, horumon, and beef tendon are piled high and very filling, but perhaps because the base broth is solid, it lacks the heaviness typical of Jiro-style ramen, allowing me to deliciously finish it to the end.
