Visiting Kourien for the very first time. Went in wanting to eat yakitori. Ordered drinks and cheered, Huh? Is this juice? It felt like... zero alcohol feeling. Both of the 2 drinks I ordered... When the yakitori arrived, true to being a place that can serve raw chicken, the liver was creamy and delicious ♪ However, the other yakitori were disappointing! The soggy feel, everything feeling half-raw, and the saltiness was way too disappointing. Since the liver was delicious, I had high expectations, so I probably won't have a second time..... Also, for that level of appetizer, 600 yen is unreasonable. Since everything starts with the appetizer, I think shops that put effort into that are thriving. Since freshness is their selling point, it's a pity. The customer service was good! The atmosphere is also good! Therefore, giving this 2 stars is a pity. Looking forward to future development.

A restaurant where you can eat ultra-rare tataki. Unexpectedly, from the appetizer to the dishes, we ended up with all tataki, but it was a fresh taste just as expected. It's a pity that the condiments of ginger and grated daikon were a bit too refreshing. I think you could eat it even more deliciously with wasabi and yuzu pepper. The service is also polite, making it a shop that leaves a favorable impression.

Went alone. Checking the receipt, I was charged for 2 people's appetizers. Probably 1 person's portion is a seating fee. Realizing it's a bad shop, I won't go again.

Rare liver, sasami (chicken fillet), and sashimi are also delicious. Even the beer was ice-cold. A delicious restaurant, but please consume raw items at your own risk.
