When we arrived around 5:30 PM on Sunday, there was a wait of 23 groups, but we got a numbered ticket and were seated in about an hour. The limited-time menu items, such as the abalone sashimi and the ultimate yellowtail, had a crunchy texture and you could feel the high freshness, which made them delicious. My particular favorite was the mango almond pudding. The combination of sweet mango and refreshing almond was exquisite, and it was delicious enough to finish in a flash even after a meal. It has a reasonably good price, but for this quality, it's納得 (satisfying). The interior is also stylish and I think it's perfect for a date or a girls' night out. Depending on the time of day, it gets very crowded so making a reservation might be better.

I used it during lunchtime, bringing my mother who is in a wheelchair and usually has a hard time eating out. They prepared a separate seating area for us, and my mother in a wheelchair was able to eat without any issues. The option to choose "less shari" for sushi was well-received. The clerks were also kind, thoughtful in various ways, and very helpful. However, the toilet was considerably tight for a wheelchair user, and we ultimately gave up on using it. I suppose improvement is difficult, but this one point alone was a little disappointing. Overall, however, including the food, I was extremely satisfied. Thank you very much.

It feels like a high-end conveyor belt sushi restaurant you go to on special occasions. I rarely get to go, but when I do, it's always super crowded. As expected, the toppings are different from the affordable conveyor belt sushi restaurants I usually go to, and it's very delicious. My impression of the seafood salad was that the portion was too small for the price. If you go thinking you can eat as much as you like without thinking, your eyes will pop out at the bill, but for our family, it's a sushi restaurant we go to on such special days.

With the tokujo course, the total stay time was two and a half hours. The freshness was bad and gave me a stomachache. There were also many things my body couldn't accept. To be honest, I think the impression of this place varies quite a bit depending on the person. It was very tough because there were a lot of small children. The serving pace felt slow not necessarily because it was crowded, but because it was designed that way from the start. The food overall progresses slowly, and it doesn't feel like the next dish comes out in a good tempo. Since there was no particular explanation like "the required time is about this much" at the time of entry or reservation, if you enter without a sense of time, it might be easy to feel it's a bit long. The food volume itself is modest. For a time of two and a half hours, unless based on the premise of enjoying conversation and space, it honestly felt easy for "time > satisfaction" to happen. However, this isn't to say the food is bad, I think it's a matter of compatibility with the time design. Who it suits: ・Days when you don't care about time and plan to stay long ・People who want to enjoy conversation and space rather than the meal itself ・When you decide from the beginning, "I'm not in a hurry today" Conversely: ・People who want to enjoy meals at a brisk tempo ・People who have next plans ・People who value perceived cost performance relative to price There is a possibility it won't fit people around here. As for the recommended way to use it, it is safe to use it on a day when your schedule is completely open or with the understanding that "today will take a long time." To sum it up in a word, Compatibility with the time design is everything, more than the food content itself. I think it's a restaurant where evaluations split greatly depending on whether this fits or not. If you knew this feeling in advance, Your reception should change quite a bit.
