Fun arcade, not far from the station. Well maintained and very clean. Some arcades look like they’ve given up; not this one. They’ve got lots of the newest stuff, well laid out, and brightly lit. There are also a couple of the “3000 in 1” retro gaming consoles for older players like myself who like the classics. And find the new things too complicated! :D

An arcade in the Neyagawa-Takatsuki area, a district packed with arcades. It's in a pretty good location, about a 5-minute walk from the nearest station, Kōrien. The lineup inside is truly a mix of old and new, with machines ranging from the '90s to ones released in 2020 or later. It's basically a place focused on arcade games, and the crane games seem to be stocked with prizes likely to appeal to that arcade gamer crowd. Virtual-On Force is probably pretty rare. It's usually powered off to protect the board. As for the crane games, there are tons of machines that enthusiasts must see. The difficulty is relatively low too, with a friendly setup where you can win prizes one after another just by nudging the arm a little, without doing anything difficult. However, the staff is usually a one-person operation and often busy, so I do wish they'd do something about the fact that phone support is practically non-functional.

A non-chain arcade, which is rare among the ones still operating. They have everything from major to niche machines, so it's well stocked However, none of the machines seem to be very well maintained Plus, in summer the Gundam and Bomber Girl areas get pretty smelly, and gangs of brats hang around the driving games, which is a real nuisance

Since the reviews here said it was honest and prizes were easy to win, I went yesterday, also because it was Golden Week, with my four daughters to play crane games. It's true the staff member was running things alone, so they couldn't help us right away, but they did adjust prize positions and so on, however... Some prizes were placed where the arm couldn't reach due to movement or descent limits, and on some machines the arm itself didn't open at all. Even so, my daughters love crane games, and there were several machines with their favorite characters, so before I knew it we had spent tens of thousands of yen, but... My daughter came back almost in tears, saying she wasn't allowed to play the machine anymore "because too many items have gone from inside the machine," and was told, "We'll have you return the prizes." Even though we spent money and worked hard to win them, we were told "return the prizes" and the prizes were taken, so I demanded they return the money we'd spent, but they wouldn't. They said things like, "Didn't you take the prizes out through the prize chute using your hand, a ruler, a screwdriver, or wire?", "Didn't you steal them?", and "So since we don't want to make a big deal out of it, we had you return the prizes"... If the machine had been open, being suspected would be understandable, but the machine was locked and closed, and since I was walking around with nothing but small children, there's no way I'd go out of my way to carry wire, a screwdriver, or a ruler. Common sense would tell you that, yet whether they judged us as thieves based on our appearance, I don't know. There's no way anyone would bother sticking their hand into the small prize chute to grab things. When I demanded, then show me how you'd take something that way, they didn't do it right away. They still said, "Something like that happened recently, so we thought you'd done something similar again." If a simple "sorry" settled everything, we wouldn't need the police or the law. With small children in tow, we wouldn't take items using some time-consuming, laborious method, and common sense says we wouldn't be carrying such things. They gave us prizes, saying, "Please let the kids take home the items they like from the machine they were playing. With that, please let's pretend this never happened." We spent tens of thousands of yen and worked hard to win their favorite characters, yet because too many prizes were gone from the machine, we were accused of theft, and the prizes we'd won were taken because the machine's prizes had decreased. It's not a matter of "we apologized, so forgive us" or "we'll give you prizes you like, so forgive us." Nor did we get back the money we spent. Whether they're a sole proprietor or a store manager or whatever, the fact that we were told these things won't disappear. The fact that they went so far as to accuse my daughter of theft won't disappear either. I don't even want to give one star, this is defamation beyond belief, and I'll never go again. This is unacceptable for an arcade.

I went because I heard Initial D Arcade had a recording feature, and it did! There's a Don Quijote next to the building, so I bought a USB flash drive there and was able to format it on the spot. When I called, the staff member was very kind, which made me happy. It made me want to go again!
