An old-school kissaten located right in front, behind Al Plaza, next to Neyagawa Seino Hospital. With five 4-person tables and four 2-person tables, it's a weathered yet somehow nostalgic-feeling kissaten. Went on a weekday morning, and an elderly grandmother was running it by herself. The taste is that of a normal kissaten, and even things like toast have a homey taste. Wide shows play on the TV, and the grandmother watches it together with the elderly customers. If you aren't asking for anything special and purely want to let a kissaten space melt into your casual daily routine, you won't lose out by using it. The iced coffee was delicious.
