The Niku Soba and the Sea Salt Ramen were both delicious. We'll be back for sure 👍🏻
View on GoogleI came with my fiancee and her mother, and we had a great experience. We had lunch sets with ramen and fried rice. I had the extra-spicy mala tantanmen, my fiancee had negi ramen, and her mother had nikusoba. The broth was not the best I've had in Japan, but the ability to customize it with fried garlic, pepper, chili paste, and vinegar let us enjoy the experience in the way that we wanted. I have been missing spicy mala flavor in Japan, and this gave me the taste experience I have been looking for. With the fried garlic and chili, I got a deep, rich, meaty broth with enough heat to keep me up late tonight and make me suffer in the morning. My fiancee and her mother tasted my soup and immediately felt pain, which means it was exactly right. The noodles were very good, and the portion sizes were large even at lunch. The negi ramen had thinly cut, soft green onion, which was very flavorful with the added vinegar. The nikusoba was also very good. The Japanese-style fried rice was a fun experience because we got to mix in the egg in the hot plate. I added fried garlic and chili paste, which made mine feel like it was exactly to my taste. I believe there are more luxurious options, which we didn't feel was necessary this time. Service was quick and there were good quantities of chilled green tea and all the accessories and flavorings we needed. They did forget one fried rice, but fixed the problem quickly. Mistakes happen because we are human, and good service includes promptly fixing mistakes when they happen. We did have a birthday discount - there is an app that rewards being a loyal customer. I intend to download that app if I live in Japan. Come here for great value, good taste, and customizable food!

View on GoogleThe best..ramen I've ever. Had.. Saikou..
View on GoogleCame to visit upon invitation by my college student child. The parking lot was quite crowded, but we were guided right away and able to sit. About 60 seats, quite spacious! Due to Golden Week, there were many family groups. Ordered Ajitama Nikusoba with large green onions. The delicious soup with pork umami for shabu-shabu (?) is delicious! But it doesn't feel greasy. Thin yellow noodles are easy to eat. Drank all the soup! Liked it. The child was eating Ajitama Nikusoba with double meat, and the limited-time abura soba seems to be delicious too. Peach mini parfait was also delicious. Tantanmen next time. I'll come again.
