A Kuroge Wagyu beef specialty yakiniku restaurant and butcher shop located in Takaramachi, Neyagawa City, Osaka Prefecture, right next to the Tsushimae branch of Super Mandai. The interior is a small shop with only 3 tables, but it happened to be the timing of replacing the previous customers, so I was able to spend time quietly and relaxingly. While having good meat quality unique to a butcher shop, it's relatively reasonable, and a feature rarely seen in other shops is that the meat is cut thick!! It's basically a steak. For salt tongue, about twice as regular, for lean meat about 3 times thicker depending on the cut. Because it's thick, the number of slices per serving is small, around 3 pieces, but with that thickness, it's meat that is very rewarding to chew♪ We had salt tongue, premium skirt steak, supreme set (supreme loin 2 + supreme plate + supreme tenderloin + special skirt steak), shimacho, meat sashimi, tongue sashimi, etc. Every meat is thick and almost steak-like. Therefore, with a degree of grilling that doesn't burn it, it naturally becomes a nice medium rare. Red meats other than skirt steak and offal are not marinated, so you can enjoy them not only with sauce but also with salt to savor the taste of the meat and makes the rice go down well. The beautiful meat sashimi and tongue sashimi with light sauce or soy sauce for the unique taste of raw meat. ￥19,000 for me and 2 growing children, the three of us. It feels like I ate a little too much, but usually when I go to yakiniku, it's around 25,000 yen for 4 people without drinks, so it's not bad. This restaurant has been in business for a long time. I went for the first time this time, and the meat is delicious! The tongue was so-so, but the skirt steak and loin are ridiculously delicious! I found an outrageous restaurant lol The cuts are large and the number of pieces is small! Very rewarding to eat &◎ Revisiting here is definitely confirmed!!
