A shop famous for Mapo Tofu. Dan dan noodles are also recommended. The price range is a bit high, but you can feel the corresponding dedication. Lunch set 1,300 yen allows you to refill rice and is very satisfying. While eating Mapo Tofu, the master himself taught how to eat it in the best condition. A master who is too passionate since the opening, thank you for the meal. 2024.3.23 Due to moving far away, I visited after a long time. I visited shortly after opening, and barely made it in. Ordered the Mapo Tofu lunch. As always, everything was delicious. The sauce for the drool chicken was outstanding. The master looked healthy as usual. I can't visit often, but I want to stop by again when I come to Korien.

A shop popular for Mapo Tofu and Dandan noodles without soup. Both are very delicious, but the sweet and sour pork with black vinegar is also exquisite. The smiling customer service from the owner and all the staff is also pleasant. They are working hard to send out information via LINE, etc. The shop itself is small so it might be hard to make reservations. In that case, takeout and delivery are available. There is no parking, so please use a nearby coin parking. (200 yen per hour)

Finally, finally I wentー! Every time I go, it's full and hard to get in, so this is the third time's the charm w It's fine if you make a reservation, but we are always spontaneous. Today too, suddenly saying 'Eh, isn't this near Panda-ken?' and we hurriedly made a reservation and safely got our Mapo Tofu (^○^) The atmosphere of the shop and the staff is good, a comfortable space. I ordered the targeted Mapo Tofu for lunch. Deliciously enjoyed Mapo Tofu while being taught various things by the thoughtful master. There seems to be a way to eat it, and I couldn't help laughing at the master's enthusiasm. He taught me how to eat to stay healthy. I wondered if everything made by the master full of passion for eating deliciously is good for the body and heart, making me more interested in the master than the Mapo Tofu w The main Mapo Tofu has a strong spiciness but also umami that makes the rice go down. The white rice is also glossy and chewy ♡♡ The salad and jellyfish look beautiful and stylish. The drool chicken had a rich taste and was delicious enough to make you want to eat more ☆☆ It's a shop that makes you want to visit again (^з^)-☆

Lunch is also served one by one like a course meal. Plating made with Instagram in mind. Mapo Tofu is delicious, but there is a lecture on how to eat it, so people who hate this kind of thing might not want to go.

Visited after seeing the cute name "Pandas-ken" and reviews saying "Mapo Tofu is exquisite". Ordered the Mapo Tofu lunch course. Like a course, dishes are served with careful explanations for each item. Three kinds of appetizers, the unexpected combination of jellyfish and pink grapefruit is ◎. Popping texture. The drool chicken served next is super delicious. Makes you want rice, but this raises expectations for "Mapo Tofu". Combination of shumai and tomatoes goes surprisingly well. I was on guard thinking "this must be hot" and put it in my mouth, and it was indeed hot (naturally), deeply relieved that I was on guard. The main Mapo Tofu, perhaps because we were wearing white shirts, was served with a paper apron saying "You'll use this, right?". As reviewed, super delicious. Unknown Mapo Tofu. Eating while grinding Sichuan pepper on the table. By the way, it's properly spicy. A truly delicious Mapo Tofu that strongly conveys the owner's passion "even for those who dislike spicy food". But for those completely intolerant to spicy food, it's probably quite spicy. Adding Sichuan pepper brings a numbing spiciness, and just writing this makes me sweat on the tip of my nose. Delicious. To finish, Annin Tofu and tea brewed in an iron pot. Relaxing. The interior and food have the atmosphere of a creative Japanese restaurant rather than a Chinese restaurant. It seems they take takeout bento orders, and while the shop is empty, phone orders seemed to come in heavily from groups. This would be even more delicious with alcohol. If I were a local, I'd want to come at night and try various things. A memorable shop I'm glad I visited.
