Featured on Narumi and Okamura's Sugiru TV as a ramen shop that sells an unusual amount of sauce katsu-don! Not only is the sauce katsu-don great, but they also put effort into their ramen, so please make sure to order them as a set!!

I felt like the flavor had dropped compared to before. Prices also seem to have gone up... I think "1,850 yen" is too expensive for a salaryman's lunch. Makes it hard to enter.

Had the service set of chuka soba + small sauce katsu-don for 1,500 yen. The chuka soba had a profound depth, with a deliciousness that makes you savor every single spoonful with the renge (spoon). The presence of the flavor-soaked, large chashu and thick menma doesn't lose out either. The small sauce katsu-don has a decent volume. The cutlet isn't greasy and is easy to eat. Delicious when you take a bite combining the sauce and cabbage. Furthermore, a soft-boiled egg is included as a set, allowing you to dive it in whenever you like and enjoy a mellow flavor change. The total price for the sets might be a bit high, but it was delicious.

A long-standing ramen and sauce katsu-don shop. Visited for the first time in 10 years. The sauce katsu-don remains top-notch. Crispy cutlet with an exquisitely gentle sweet-and-savory sauce. Plus the soft-boiled egg. A shop loved by locals. I've been eating here since high school after club activities, and it's a flavor I definitely want various people to try. Generous volume, yet oil that doesn't weigh heavily on the stomach. The crisp white green onion threads and sweet sauce are an exquisite collaboration. Fried onions are available as a free service, and while you must be prepared for post-meal bad breath, I want you to enjoy this blissful taste sensation. Their chuka soba and other noodle dishes are of course delicious, but I want you to first fill your stomach with their sauce katsu-don and be happy. Parking is available for about 3 cars along the national highway, but be careful as it's a bit hard to park. By the way, a wide HiAce fit with no problem at all.

A ramen shop located along Prefectural Route 21 (Yao-Hirakata Line) in Hatsumachi, Neyagawa City, near the Neyagawa Post Office. Stopped by by car on a weekday evening, but there is parking for 2 cars adjacent. Location-wise, it can't be called good whether coming by car or walking from Neyagawa-shi Station. Ordering the tonkotsu shoyu ramen regular for 850 yen and the sauce katsu-don regular for 850 yen, as they boast tonkotsu ramen and sauce katsu-don as their specialties. Ordering separately adds up pretty high. The sauce katsu-don boasts of being "B-grade gourmet" and tastes thoroughly B-grade, while the tonkotsu shoyu ramen is entirely safe and ordinary. 30 years in business including the previous generation, and 7 years under the current master's generation. Regarding the sauce katsu-don, the flavor hasn't changed since the previous generation, but the ramen has been changed through his own sensibilities. A seemingly intimidating master with heavy tattoos extending to his bicep, but surprisingly friendly once you talk to him.

Heard from someone that their sauce katsu-don and chashu are delicious, so I went to check it out. Just past 6:00 PM on a Friday, there was 1 customer already inside. Feeling slightly uneasy, I placed my order right away. Naturally, I ordered the sauce katsu-don, chashu, and fried chicken that looked extremely delicious on the menu table. First thing brought out was the hot spring egg to put on the sauce katsu-don? Next, the chashu and fried chicken arrived at the table. Taking a bite, it's super delicious! The fried chicken is piping hot, so eating it in a rush is a NO! Juicy meat juices overflow. And then the main sauce katsu-don appeared before my eyes. Placing the egg on top, breaking it, scooping with a spoon and bringing it to my mouth... so goood! Kept eating further and finished it in a flash. It's definitely a place you should go and actually eat at. It's truly delicious. Unfortunately, since the portion is quite large, I don't have the confidence to eat it together with ramen. Young people should be able to enjoy that set deliciously, so maybe they can give it a challenge? One of the shops I want to visit again.
