Google Maps lists it as permanently closed, but it seems they are open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and operate by phone reservation on weekdays. I've visited several times, and the toppings are huge. The eel, otoro (fatty tuna), and sea urchin (uni) are recommended. One order comes with 2 pieces, so it's recommended to go in an even-numbered group.
