The restaurant I came to visit this time is "Teppanyaki Sakaba Hafu" in Kori-en 💁♂️ A teppanyaki restaurant located straight about an 8-minute walk from Kori-en Station, extremely popular with locals 🥹✨ I couldn't get in the other day because reservations were full, so I was able to enter since weekdays are relatively empty 😊✨✨ The master seems to like super spicy food, so there are some spicy-looking dishes ✨ Maybe he likes B'z because the background music in the store is always B'z 🎶✨ Ordered menu 🫡 🟡Kuroge Wagyu Teppanyaki (100g) : 2,500 yen 🔴Hafu's Potato Salad : 450 yen 🟠Chinese Cabbage Kimchi : 450 yen 🟡Black Soybean Edamame : 450 yen 🔴Tonpei : 680 yen 🟠Colorful Vegetable Teppanyaki : 880 yen 🟡Golden Raw Egg on Rice : 680 yen 🔴Butatama (Half-cooked Tsukimi Egg Topping) : 950 yen ※For reference ✨ ●Tabelog Rating● 3.27 (33 reviews) ※As of 2024/03/26 Weekday 19:45 Arrived at store / Entered (No wait / No prior customers) ✨ 19:48 Ordered 19:54 First dish arrived 20:58 Left store ✨ ————————— ■King's Best Gourmet Award■ 👑Butatama (Half-cooked Tsukimi Egg Topping) : 950 👑 ————————— ※First, I order the Kuroge Wagyu Teppanyaki ✨ Since it is carefully cooked using low-temperature cooking, it takes about 30 minutes, so ordering it first is recommended 🙋♂️✨ The 100g Kuroge Wagyu that arrived has a pretty substantial volume ✨ When eating it, it's moist yet has a moderate chew ✨ The umami of the beef comes across very directly 😳✨ Until this arrives, you enjoy drinks with small snacks, and these snacks are also quite delicious and wonderful ✨✨ Both the tonpei yaki and vegetable teppanyaki were good, but the "Butatama" eaten last was too delicious 🙋♂️✨ After grilling it on the teppanyaki grill, they serve it even hotter on a piping hot iron plate for serving 🥹✨ The sauce is black sauce, white sauce (mayonnaise), and the red sauce seems to be super spicy sauce ✨ A master's love for super spicy food is clearly evident from this sauce, where just a little makes it slightly spicy and applying it thoroughly makes it super spicy 😂😂😂 You can enjoy okonomiyaki that is crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, thick, and has a substantial eating response 😄✨ Weekday Happy Hour (6 PM to 8 PM) is amazing! Any number of glass drinks are 100 yen off ✨✨

View on GoogleSearching for delicious teppanyaki in Hirakata Neyagawa Katano and matching my preferences, I decided on Hafu!! Since it was a family member's birthday, I splurged. As written in other people's reviews, I was able to truly savor the foolproof deliciousness no matter what you order. In particular, the Kuroge Wagyu Teppanyaki, Cheese Tonpei Yaki, and Chee-Toro Special are absolute must-tries. The way heat is applied... the skillful spatula handling is exquisite and amazing to watch. The master is friendly and the staff are polite. The price might be somewhat high, but I felt the price matches the deliciousness. The BGM in the store also consisted of songs I somehow recognized, which personally raised my spirits. It has become a shop I definitely want to revisit for anniversaries and such. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleA teppanyaki restaurant located about a 3-minute walk from Keihan Kori-en Station. Said to be in its 19th year this year. Run single-handedly by the owner, so it takes a little time for food to be served when it gets crowded. Ordered butatama, butatama yakisoba, and tonpei. Not limited to flour-based dishes, the teppanyaki here is delicious. It's good enough to survive in central Osaka City. Especially the tonpei is so good I don't remember hitting a more delicious restaurant than this. It's a good local restaurant, but the reason I rarely go is because it costs a bit much for a Kori-en local place.
View on GoogleThe master cooked, served, and handled the bill all by himself, so when it got close to full, I had to be mindful of the timing for ordering and paying. The menu contents and taste were satisfactory.
