I live outside the prefecture now, but in the past, I used to frequent another branch. This time is my revisit to 'Fukuchan' at the Neyagawa branch after about 10 years. With just one bite, memories from back when I used to frequent the place came vividly rushing back. The rich tonkotsu soup and the melt-in-your-mouth chashu—even at a different branch, it was the unchanging deliciousness that made me think 'Ah, this is it!'. The fullness of the free bar and the lively atmosphere inside the shop were just like back then, allowing me to dine with a lot of happiness along with nostalgia. Maintaining the same quality even after 10 years is truly amazing. Since I live far away, I can't come often, but I will definitely stop by again when I come to Osaka. Thank you for the meal!
View on GoogleFukuchan Ramen is a popular bowl for me featuring meat soy-sauce ramen, characterized by a solid-flavored soup and plenty of meat. It has a hassle-free soy-sauce base with umami that you never get tired of eating. Another attraction is the all-you-can-eat kimchi, which allows you to enjoy adding your own preference of spiciness or flavor accents. Overall, the ramen tastes delicious, making it frequently cited as a favorite among chain stores. The store has an approachable atmosphere, making it easy to use for lunch or light meals, and a place where you can taste satisfying ramen at an affordable price.
View on GoogleI visited after a long time, and since it was lunchtime, I had to wait a little! My family seems to favor the champon, and they were eating it while sweating profusely after putting a lot of raw garlic in it lol Since it had been a while for me, I had the regular Fukuchan ramen! The bean sprouts were crunchy, and the boiled egg had a soft, gooey center—delicious! I want to go eat there again ♪
View on GoogleFukuchan for the first time in several years on a weekday lunchtime. My routine is always ordering the standard Fukuchan Ramen and eating white rice with the free kimchi. I ordered the usual this time too, but looking back at the menu while waiting for the bowl to arrive, it felt like the types of ramen increased drastically. Aside from salt, miso, soy sauce, and tonkotsu, I was surprised to find various styles of ramen like champon, Marugen-like ramen, Jiro-style, and Toyama Black-like ramen. It's probably a strategy to match various customer requests, but since I like the standard 'Fukuchan Ramen', whenever I come to Fukuchan from now on, it's 'Fukuchan Ramen' for me. It was delicious this time too, thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleI was surprised when I came back for the first time in a while and saw that you order using a tablet. The fried rice tasted better before!! The all-you-can-eat kimchi and side dishes are top-notch. I think it's a quality that other shops can't imitate.
