I always order duck seiro every time. It's juwari soba, and they try not to use unnecessary additives, so it's good for the body.
View on GoogleI've been to this shop about 8 times cumulatively. The attention to ingredients is just wonderful, and not only the soba, the deliciousness of the rice is also outstandingly good. Given that the master has experience in a cocktail bar, I think that experience is being utilized well. This time I tried ordering the lunch curry soba set. With a sweet curry broth it's easy to eat, but for me who likes spicy food, it was a little unsatisfactory. The hot spring egg had a rich and thick flavor and was delicious poured over rice. I feel like the rice became a lighter taste compared to the previous one. As a hardcore fan, it's a shop I want to come to every week 🔥
View on GoogleA calm atmosphere soba restaurant located about a 3-minute walk from Keihan Moriguchishi Station. Stopped by at the start of weekday lunchtime, ordered morisoba duck tsuke (3 servings of seiro) for 1400 yen Both the soba and the duck dipping broth are delicious. Probably one of the few famous soba restaurants along the Keihan line (Kitakawachi area). It seems that alternative soba dishes like curry nanban soba are also well-stocked, making it a shop I'd like to visit again I entered at 11:30 at the start of lunchtime, but before 12:00, even though it was a weekday, it was full and there was a waiting line, so entering early seems to be better
View on GoogleSomehow this soba restaurant feels strangely relaxingー The atmosphere and vibe inside the shop are good. It's the best to eat slowly and peacefully while drinking Japanese sake carefully selected by the master. Soba is firm and solid, but a bit chewy, a unique flat-style kind unlike anywhere else. Casually speaking, the oden is super delicious. Tempura has a soggy texture. Thank you for the meal. Credit card payment
View on Google2024/10 Sunday immediately after opening at 11:30, it became full with 8 people. Ordered morisoba duck tsuke. It's 2 servings of seiro. Condiments are yuzu pepper, ginger, and ground sesame. Sichuan pepper in a gourd container is unusual. Fragrant juwari soba. 2 servings was a bit few. The men around were all eating 3 servings or more.
