I went in just past noon. The cheerful and fresh service from both the female and male staff left a very good impression. Nowadays, there are more and more dining places where you don't have to talk to the staff at all, so it even felt refreshing. This time I ordered tantanmen, lunch fried rice, small vegetable ramen, and gyoza, with both ramen noodles ordered firm. It's just the right balance. The tantanmen has a little kick to it even in the normal version. The small vegetable ramen comes with plenty of cabbage, chives, carrots, bean sprouts, and 2 slices of chashu. And I got plenty of chopped green onions too. The fried rice had few ingredients, so I put green onions in this as well. The parking lot is large and easy to enter from the road, making it a place I'd like to drop by again.

It's a ramen shop in the neighborhood that is open late at night, so I sometimes visit it to use it like an izakaya! It's a Kyoto-style rich pork bone soy sauce soup with depth and sharpness, and green onions are all-you-can-add. The draft beer Yokozuna mug and Yokozuna chu-hi have a weightiness that makes your arms tremble, and you can enjoy the nostalgic large mugs that are now rare.
