A place I've been curious about for a while. Arrived past 12 and it was already full, but since there were many male customers, I was able to get a seat without waiting too long. I ordered the popular Chicken Nanban Set Meal. It comes with udon (hot/cold), nanban, salad, a small side dish (kobachi), and rice for 800 yen. Today's kobachi was simmered zuiki (taro stalks). Warm things were served warm, cold things cold. The staff also had great call-outs and moved briskly. If you have time or are a woman, you might be able to relax if you go a bit later. Also, the portion is large for women, so it might be a good idea to ask for a smaller portion of rice.
View on GoogleI've dined in twice and also used the takeout bento service. The taste is truly delicious in one word. And the staff's customer service is wonderful. Last time I wanted to have duck hot pot (kamo nabe) but gave up because it required advance reservation. We had fried chicken, sashimi, grilled duck, and assorted yakitori. Especially the duck tsukune had a rich flavor with savory oil, and we enjoyed it very much. I once got food poisoning from chicken sashimi at another place, but when I had it the second time at Banryu, I was surprised at how fresh it was, and the liver eaten with sesame oil and salt was supremely delicious. The closing TKG (Tamago Kake Gohan) uses red-yolk eggs, and when mixed into the rice, it becomes fluffy and melty. I think even those who dislike gooey egg whites will be fine with it. Next time I'd like to make a reservation for the duck hot pot.
View on GoogleUsed it for lunch. In addition to the main dish, the daily set meal comes with a small udon, a small side dish, and pickles. You can choose between hot and cold udon. I didn't ask this time, but Paypay is no longer displayed, perhaps because handling fees are now charged (to the store side). If you ask, it might still be available, but for an individual restaurant, there is no benefit if fees are charged. Searching just now shows that the fee system is still in the future, so someone please confirm. - 220114 - 9th photo: Store entrance Shot while passing by in front. A sticker for Moriguchi City's cashback campaign? was posted. It seems Paypay is available. - 211221 - 8th photo: Chicken Nanban Set Meal ¥700- - 211011 - 7th photo: Oyakodon Set Meal - 210927 - 6th photo: Daily Set Meal - 210906 - 5th photo: Daily Set Meal - Hamburger, Chicken Cutlet --210810-- 4th photo: Daily Set Meal - Spicy Karaage --210630-- 3rd photo: Daily Set Meal - Fried Shrimp, Karaage, Rolled Omelette --210604-- 2nd photo: Daily Set Meal - Stir-fried Pork and Vegetables with Miso --210520-- 1st photo: Daily Set Meal - Grated Radish Chicken Cutlet
View on GoogleEven though it was during the state of emergency, I dined out by order of the client. In this neighborhood, other stores were completely shut down and closed. Amidst that, they were doing their best with ventilation and countermeasures. Of course, no alcohol. They operated using only non-alcoholic beer and the like. For the first time in a while, I was able to enjoy proper yakitori. Cooking was in full view from the counter. It was impressive that not only the chicken but also the vegetables were prepared with great care. The grilling and saltiness were just right. I'd like to visit again once the corona situation settles down. By the way, thanks to the delicious food, meetings that couldn't be done via web conference went smoothly.
View on GoogleUsed it for lunch! The chicken nanban set meal was 1000 yen with large rice (50 yen) and large chicken nanban (150 yen), but it was nice that it came with a small udon.
