I wanted to eat curry udon, so I went. The udon was chewy, smooth, went down the throat well, and went well with the light, spicy, mellow yet rich curry soup. It was delicious.

I was curious every time I passed in front of the shop 🤭 The parking lot 🅿️ is large, and it's best to go avoiding peak times. The soba and kamameshi 🍚 were super delicious! The atmosphere inside the shop is also good, with table seating, counter, and tatami rooms. The ending soba broth was the best 😃

It is a shop with a Showa-era feel and atmosphere. The menu is rich and it might be difficult to grasp the whole picture unless you visit a few times. It's structured with a concept rarely found in Kansai of drinking sake and eating soba, but donburi such as kamameshi and katsudon and set meal sets are also substantial, so for first-timers, I recommend checking the menu and considering it thoroughly in advance. If you go a few times, you'll feel that itasoba is indeed the classic, and having it with warm duck soup is also quite good. The restaurant has a moderate amount of business and you probably won't have to wait unless it's during certain hours.
