2026 Osaka ramen new shop Opened April 28 [Ibuchan Ramen] @ibuchan.ramen_official This is a shop opened 3 doors away from Shokyu Sushi in Tenmabashi Shopping Street. Reiwa no Tora's Shimayan handled it and [Shimada Seimen Shokudo] produced the Chan-style ramen arrival! This time I participated in the pre-opening reception ☆Chinese soba 990 yen ☆Abura soba regular 200g 680 yen 'Soup' Pork-based clear seafood soy sauce flavor A soup with a gentle taste made from broth extracted from pork and niboshi in Akita and Niigata, accented with ginger oil, and umami tare extracted from scallops. 'Toppings' The noodles are Tsurumi Seimenjo's special noodles, flat extra-thick wavy noodles. It has become Inaniwa udon-style chewy noodles. 'Toppings' Pork belly chashu Menma Naruto Green onion Seaweed Uses chashu sliced per order with Tenma market seaweed and green onion. Abura soba has pork shoulder cut as chashu. It's great that both come with a free small rice service! From July, it will be open continuously from 7:00 to 24:00 where morning ramen is possible.
View on GoogleA restaurant in a residential area. It feels like local regulars having a relaxing chat with the auntie of the shop while enjoying chuhai, gyoza, and ramen. This peaceful atmosphere is nice. The shop's structure also exudes a Showa-era feel and is relaxing. Seating is counter and table seats. Parking has a coin parking lot next to the shop. "Fu-chan Ramen" A nostalgic taste like I ate at a neighborhood town Chinese restaurant in my childhood. Light animal-based, slightly cloudy, clear outline, which is nice again. Added chives sauce on the table midway. The expression changes drastically. Soft straight noodles have a melancholy as if it has to be this. The side order gyoza was small yet had a punchy seasoning and was my favorite. Abundant menu and I want to try various things again, and above all, immerse myself in the atmosphere of the shop. "Katsu Ramen" Revisit. Still bustling with neighborhood customers as usual. A popular menu topped with a freshly fried crispy tonkatsu. A simple chicken bone-based soup with soft medium-thin noodles is deeply melancholy. However, this heartwarming feeling has an irreplaceable charm. It's a shop I'd definitely want to drop by when I get home late.
View on GoogleI went to eat thinking it might be the shop I frequented in Takaida about 30 years ago, and I was moved to goosebumps finding out it was indeed the same shop. At the time I used to use it often after work, and the menu I ordered every time was fixed: 5 servings of gyoza, and special ramen. Gyoza was too delicious to have with beer as a snack, and to finish it off, a ramen containing corn, meat miso, chashu, boiled egg, chicken karaage, and tonkatsu lol. They say special is no longer available so this time I had the tonkatsu ramen! I still wonder why it's crispy even though it's used in ramen. Gyoza was so nostalgic it made me cry from deliciousness. I'll drop by with my family againー! Thank you for the meal
View on GoogleThis taste you occasionally want to eat. Some nostalgic light ramen. Karaage is exquisite ‼️
View on GoogleAbout 35 years ago visited with a friend after work several times, but gave up because times didn't match Recently found out it relocated locally and visited last November At that time I had miso ramen and thought tonkatsu ramen next! But it closed... It became a phantom taste
