This is a lovely tea room within a building built in the Taisho period. There is an extensive range of delicious teas and very nice lunch choices. The service is very good and the staff very personable. A very comfortable and interesting place worth a visit.
View on GoogleI went because I wanted scones and tea♪ I don't know much about tea varieties, but both the hot and iced were delicious ✨ The scones were fluffy and light, and I ate them dipped in cream♪ (Sorry, I don't like jam.) I added ice cream for an extra charge, and it was the right call ✨ It was delicious! The atmosphere of the shop was nice too, and my husband and I got to enjoy couple time for the first time in a while♪ Thank you. At the end they even showed us the well, which moved me♪ I'll come again!
View on GoogleVictorian Tea Set (scone + 1 sweet of the day + tea set) 2,400 yen Afterwards I additionally ordered a pot of Darjeeling 1,300 yen For the sweet I chose blueberry cheesecake, and for the tea, Nuwara Eliya. Everything was delicious, but I especially loved the combination of the scone and jam. Next time I visit I'm thinking of buying the jam 😆 I went at midday on a weekday, so I got in without waiting and spent about 2 hours there. I went alone as a guy, but the shop has a very calm atmosphere, so I didn't feel out of place and had a really nice time.
View on GoogleAfternoon tea by reservation. It's the best that you can have such a substantial afternoon tea for 2800 yen per person. You can eat while looking at the garden and the well. I stayed quite a long time, but they didn't seem bothered at all. Thank you for a lovely tea time. It wasn't that crowded even on the weekend, so maybe it's still a hidden gem...?
View on GoogleThe afternoon tea, tea ware, tableware, and presentation were all cute. It's in a quiet residential area and the clientele is calm, so you can spend your time quietly. The savories, especially the sandwiches, were delicious
